Information Density: Mater Design – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
23 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
77% Reputation

Information density is remarkably high, with a strong focus on technical specifications over marketing fluff. Body substance includes exact measurements such as ‘1.84 kg of post-consumer e-waste’ and specific material compositions like ‘recycled fiberglass’ and ‘powder-coated steel.’ While the meta description contains minor power words like ‘pioneering global brand,’ the product pages immediately ground these claims in hard metrics. The heading hierarchy is functional, focusing on specific product names and technical categories like ‘Sustainability’ and ‘Care and maintenance.’

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)

[H1] Ocean Chair | Dusty Blue | by Jørgen & Nanna Ditzel

€375,00 EUR

The Ocean Chair is a part of the Ocean Collection, a reimagined outdoor series, originally designed in 1955 by Jørgen and Nanna Ditzel.
The dusty blue version is made from post-consumer e-waste. E-waste is considered the fastest-growing waste stream in the world. E-waste consists of mixed plastic parts from end-of-life electronic appliances such as fridges, displays, keyboards, etc. Recycling end-of-life electronics conserves limited natural resources and reduces pollution of the environment.
The Ocean Collection is designed for disassembly, meaning that the designallows each component in its purest form to recycle into new productioncircles.

Recycled plasticsOur recycled plastics offer a strong durable surface. It is easy to clean and requires very little maintenance. The plastic surface can be cleaned with a soft cloth wrung in lukewarm water.Avoid contact with sharp objects that can scratch or damage the surface of the material.Powder Coated SteelA powder-coated steel surface is durable and requires very little maintenance. It is recommended to use only a soft, dry cloth to clean powder-coated surfaces; however, if more thorough cleaning is needed, a soft cloth wrung out in lukewarm water can be gently applied.Always dry the surface immediately after cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive detergents on powder-coated surfaces, as these may permanently damage the finish. Minor scratches or damages to the surface can lead to corrosion.
