We combine the very best products and treatments with highly skilled and caring therapists to bring you the results you want, with the pampering you deserve.We have ten beautiful treatment rooms which can be found over three floors, including a spray tanning room and 2 special double treatment rooms where you can share a pampering experience with a friend or partner. Our treatment rooms are private and peaceful with extra touches such as heated beds, soft lighting and relaxing candles to enhance your experience even further.Our 5 nail areas are dedicated to beautiful hand and foot treatments, including traditional Manicures & Pedicures as well as Acrylic Nail Extensions, Shellac and Gel nails.The salon links seamlessly with our beautiful ground-floor gift shop, JB Signatures, which boasts a unique collection of gifts for you, your home and your loved ones. We work hard to keep the shop fresh and exciting with new stock arriving regularly, including all of your favourite skincare products.Our mission is to have gorgeous things at great prices – after all, we all need a treat now and then! Over the past 30 years, we have acquired a vast range of knowledge across all aspects of the beauty industry.Our friendly and knowledgeable reception team are always on hand to resolve any queries you may have. Whether you are unsure what clothing to wear for your spray tan appointment or want to know how long hair should be before a waxing or hair removal appointment, all questions will be met with an answer from one of our experienced team members.Before your appointment, you will receive a consultation form that includes a health questionnaire and questions relevant to the treatment you have booked. This form will include side effect information and expected treatment outcomes and will ensure your chosen treatment is right for you.Not all of our treatments require a consultation, however, some of our more advanced treatments require in-salon appointments that allow our therapists to perform skin tests and ensure it is safe for you to go ahead with this treatment. Consultations are required for our Elite, Thermavein, Electrolysis, and Ellipse treatments.If you are considering visiting us for a facial but require some guidance in order to choose the treatment that is right for your skin, we offer an Elite Signature Consultation. This 60-minute session allows us to take a closer look at your skin and advise which facial treatment will give you the best results.If you are unsure if a treatment is right for you, please call or email the salon and a member of our receptionist team will be back in touch to support you.
