Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

The Information Density is split between high-fluff hero sections and a single dense case study. Headings like [H1] Perform The Exceptional and [H2] Without Exception contain 100% power words with zero specific nouns or outcomes. However, the ‘Company’ page contains a specific case study for USLEC involving Tellabs 6400 and Alcatel 1631 hardware, providing a rare moment of technical substance amidst generic claims like ‘leveraging the power of data with advanced analytics.’

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H4] OUR EXPERIENCE
[H2] Case Studies
USLECThis company had a dilemma. With 50+ telephony switching units network engineers were spending hours of valuable time querying equipment to obtain data. They then had to turn this data into actionable information. We developed, installed, and maintained a Linux-based system that automatically queried all DACS (Tellabs 6400, 5500, and 5320. Alcatel 1631 and 1630) and produced automated reports viewed on the company intranet. This eliminated the 3+ hours that each switch engineer had to spend querying and compiling data for the 50+ DACS devices in the company footprint. The solution efficiently provided accurate data to engineers to aid in switch provisioning and load balancing thereby reducing the overall man-hours needed to perform the process resulting in a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Business Consulting & Coaching to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: unlock your potential, take your business to the next level, proven results, trusted by Fortune 500 companies, helping leaders succeed, transforming businesses worldwide…
Red Flags: income claims without substantiation, vague methodology with proprietary branding but no substance, no named clients or anonymized case studies only, consultant biography with no verifiable career history, guaranteed results in complex business outcomes, upsell funnel disguised as free strategy session…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims Fortune 500 experience but case studies are small businesses, claims data-driven but no methodology or metrics framework described, homepage targets C-suite but offerings are entry-level workshops, claims industry specialization but serves every sector, transformation language on homepage but services are basic audits…
Proof Expectations: named client case studies with measurable outcomes, specific revenue or efficiency improvements with numbers, named consultant credentials and career history, verifiable corporate experience at claimed companies, published frameworks or proprietary methodology details, third-party endorsements from named executives…
