When you book a cabana, the admission fee is waived for up to 12 group members. Children 5 and under receive complimentary entry with an adult. Availability and access based on occupancy restrictions and seasonality. Management reserves all rights.

Is the Main Pool heated?
Yes, the Main Pool is heated and set at a comfortable 82 degrees.
When does The Pool open at GSR?
The Main pool and the Main deck will be open Friday, May 1st and will remain open during the Summer season. The Infinity Pool is undergoing renovations at this time, and we are excited to be opening the Infinity Pool by Memorial Day, Monday, May 26th.
Can we bring in outside food and beverages?
Beverage service is available every day. No outside food or drinks are permitted in The Pool area. Exceptions may include baby formula, bottled water (plastic container), & Starbucks Drinks and Fat Tuesday Daiquiris. Beverage service is available from 11am to close daily.
Is it complimentary to enjoy the daytime pool with our GSR room key?
Yes, current GSR hotel guests with an active room key are admitted to The Pool for no charge. All guests under age 14 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
How many guests may I bring with me if I am a hotel guest?
All hotel guests are allowed to bring four guests with them.
Do you serve food?
Yes, The Pool offers a fantastic, updated food menu this season with delicious, delectable items.
Are the Food trucks going to be in operation this year?
Yes, we are excited to announce that we will have the food trucks in operation on weekends only after May 3rd, 2025
Will the Flow rider surf activation happen this summer?
Yes, we will announce the opening date soon.
Can I bring in a large floating device or my football?
No, we do not allow large floating devices or balls.
Can a non-hotel guest buy a day pass?
Yes, currently we do offer day passes. Depending on occupancy levels, GSR hotel guests and Infinity Rewards players receive priority.

Is there bottle service at The Pool?
Yes, bottle service is available at all Cabana’s; the server will assist with ordering and set up for this very special experience. Contact us today to reserve a cabana or daybed.

Are the hot tubs open?
Hot tubs will be open for our guests year-round. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests per hot tub (lower deck), 8 guests per hot tub (Infinity deck). Hours of operation 10am–10pm in the Summer season and TBD off season.
How do I reserve an umbrella?
Umbrella reservations are based on availability (first-come, first-served basis) for use that day by speaking with The Pool team at the towel desk, located near the front entrance of The Pool. Umbrella rental pricing is $25 Monday–Thursday and $40 Friday–Sunday. Umbrellas rentals are based on that day and cannot be reserved for a later date.
Does Security check bags upon entry to The Pool?
Yes, all bags brought into The Pool area are subject to inspection by Security. Guest Safety is our primary concern. Bringing in alcohol, food and weapons from the outside is strictly prohibited.
Can kids be at The Pool without their parents?
All children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Will you have special entertainment this season?
We are thrilled to be showcasing Friday Night Reggae by the Pool starting in the month of May.
Can I leave and come back from the daytime pool?
You may leave and return from the daytime pool; however, you must provide/show your room key again to enter or a receipt if you are not a hotel guest.
Is the Infinity pool open for all ages?
The Main Pool and the Main Deck are open daily for all ages. The Infinity Pool is open for guests 21+.
