The support is, as usual, technically competent and professional and this is one of the reasons why when I look for an extension for OpenCart. If there is also an iSenseLabs "version" I prefer to spend a few euros more because I know that in case of assistance this will be given.

Unfortunately, too many extensions of OpenCart are made instead by 'artisans' and not developers, and support is zero !!
An other important fact is that if I need to customize the code, is 'clean', so not to hard to adapt to my needs.

Got this yesterday and installed it. Had a friend get it immediately as well. One very minor quirk (sometimes that happens when you get the fresh rollout) that was resolved by iSense very quickly. After iSense fixed mine I updated the file they fixed onto my friends' site so as not to have my friend submit a ticket and voila, perfect. Another example of fantastic work from them.
