Teracube Care+ Premium Warranty will cover your Thrive phone literally forever - while you have an active Teracube Wireless plan. We will replace your phone for any issues with free 2-way shipping. Factory defects are replaced for free, while the accidents cost a flat fee ($49 for cracked screens). With kids, anything can happen to the phone. Our Teracube Care+ warranty gives you the peace of mind of knowing you won’t get stuck with having to replace the phone if something goes wrong.

What are my buying options?
Teracube Thrive comes in two flavors - one as a bundle with Teracube Wireless and the other as a standalone for any compatible network. Note: Teracube Wireless option is only available in the US (not Hawaii or Alaska).In addition to the choice of network, you also have a choice of the case color (Green or Black).

Will Thrive phone get software updates?
We have planned many more exciting features for the Thrive phone and will keep releasing periodic software updates.

It is powered by T-Mobile and features nationwide US coverage (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) with affordable contract-free plans: - $35.00/ mo for unlimited talk and text- $39.00/ mo unlimited talk, text and 1GB data - $49.00/ mo unlimited talk, text and 4GB data There are a few perks to using Teracube Wireless:- Teracube Care+ Premium warranty. The warranty keeps working as long as you have an active Teracube wireless plan. This includes free two-way shipping for warranty repairs.

What if I do not use Teracube Wireless?
If you do not want to use Teracube Wireless, then you can purchase the $249 SKU ("Use your own network"). The phone and software will work as usual.Warranty duration and coverage is slightly different. If you are not using Teracube Wireless, the phone is covered with 1 year of our Premium warranty (which can be extended for a small fee later). Another difference will be that accidental repairs will cost $99 instead of $49.

Which countries does Teracube Thrive work in?
Teracube Thrive works in the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for now. We are looking to launch in other countries soon.
