[H2] Combined heat & power (CHP)

This popular application of our gas turbine packages offers a highly efficient way to meet your energy demands.
Unlike conventional power generation, CHP not only provides electricity but also makes use of the waste heat that is produced. This heat energy can be harnessed to create the steam, hot water and hot air needed in your manufacturing processes or district heating scheme. This clever technique, when designed and installed with Centrax’s ingenuity, delivers a highly efficient, fuel-saving system for your industry or energy project.

All figures are approximate and graphical representations for illustrative purposes only. 16.5% Primary Energy Savings (PES) = 9928 tonnes CO2 reduction per year with the CX300.

[H3] Gas Turbine overhaul

For the SGT range, Centrax partners with Siemens Energy to deliver a comprehensive range of service from site repairs to engine exchange in lieu of overhaul. Centrax personnel is qualified to proceed mid-life engine services on site.
For the A05 range, Centrax is a fully certified MROC delivering engine repairs and overhauls for the complete range and only using genuine spare parts. As an experienced Siemens Energy A05 engine repairer, Centrax can offer advice and support at all stages of the engine repair/overhaul process. All engines are fully tested at full load prior to dispatch.
Centrax continues to work closely with Siemens Energy in the research and further development of the A05 engine derivatives in particular the A05-KB7S DLE model
