How to order replacement parts
If a wheel is damaged, Cotopaxi Customer Service will replace at no cost. If a customer wants to swap a wheel color, Customers can purchase replacement wheels.Wheel replacement MSRP: $5 per unit ($5 = 1 pair / 2 wheels).For additional parts or assistance, contact Cotopaxi Customer Service.

How to change the wheels
Q: What tools do I need?4MM Allen key10MM wrench, or an adjustable wrenchIf you don’t have these tools, we will ship you a free toolkit with your wheel purchase.Q: How do I remove the old wheel?Lay the luggage flat on a stable surface.Locate the screw in the center of the wheel.Insert the Allen key into the screw while securing the nut with the wrench.Turn counterclockwise to loosen and remove the screw.Pull the wheel straight off the axle.Q: How do I install the new wheel?Align the new wheel with the axle with the beveled side out.Insert the screw through the center of the wheel.Tighten clockwise using the Allen key while securing the nut with the wrench.Do not overtighten - the wheel should spin freely.Q: How do I test it?
A: Spin the wheel by hand to ensure smooth rotation. Roll the luggage briefly to confirm it moves evenly and securely.
