Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

The site exhibits high information density with specific technical specifications. For example, the Bespoke page cites a 22 stitch count, 3 millimeter shell buttons, and the use of Egyptian cotton interlinings. While H3 headings contain some fluff like ‘finest shirt made in America,’ the body text provides substantial technical nouns rather than vague marketing adjectives.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

Our story

[H2] Our story

[H3] In 1961, two shirt makers, John LaResca & George Zimmerman, launched a small shirt manufacturing business in Paterson, NJ.

Their vision was simple: provide America’s best specialty men’s stores with a custom shirt program they could not otherwise initiate on their own.

By crafting a program that retailers could feel confident in, remaining true to quality in the finished product and providing unwavering customer support, Individualized Shirts grew to realize the vision of LaResca and Zimmerman.

Today, Individualized Shirts is America’s largest and most successful custom shirt maker. Every Individualized Shirt is expertly crafted in our expansive workroom in Perth Amboy, NJ.
