RETURNS & EXCHANGES

[H1] Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled if a shipping notification has already been sent to you. For orders that have not shipped yet, any cancellation requests will incur a 3.5% restocking fee (of your total order value) to cover the bank/credit card transaction fee that we do not get refunded. This fee will automatically be deducted from your refund total, so please be sure to review all of your personal information, order details, and payment information before you submit your order.
[H1] Return Policy
You may return new items within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less the original shipping charges.) Returned items MUST be in unworn, original, new condition. We will not accept returned items that have any visible signs of wear or have been washed, altered, damaged or hemmed, are covered in pet hair, or smell like cologne or perfume. Please fully button and fold garments that you are returning, and place them back into the original clear polybag in order to protect it during transit. Any returns that are received with visible signs of wear, rolled up into a ball, damaged, or carrying strong scents will be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your returned merchandise is received & reviewed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Route package insurance fees are nonrefundable. Any refunds exceeding $650 per order will incur a 3.5% restocking fee. You can request a refund in the form of Store Credit instead, if you want to avoid the 3.5% restocking fee.
Return packages can be shipped using any shipping service of your choice, at your expense. We do not offer free returns or prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered packages. Stamps.com has really great rates and allows you to print labels from the convenience of your home.
International Return Packages: in the customs declaration for your return package, please mark the package contents as “Returned Goods” and the origin as "Made in the USA". If your customs declaration is filled out incorrectly, you will be responsible for any customs duties we incur. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know.
ALL Marked Down items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges) and we are unable to offer price adjustments on any previous orders. Any returns received after 30 days from purchase may be subject to Store Credit only. If your returned item is deemed ineligible because it is not in new, original condition, you will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned to you.
Any return items purchased using our Black Friday / Cyber Monday promo code will be issued a Store Credit code only, we will NOT issue refunds on Black Friday orders - no exceptions will be made. Store Credit codes do not have expiration dates. Any styles marked Final Sale will remain final sale - no returns or exchanges.
To Request a Return:
Fill out our Return Request Form by clicking HERE.
Once your request has been approved, we will email you a RMA Form. Please include a copy of your approved RMA Form with your return package and ship to the address on the form.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will be refunded the total amount less the shipping charges.
NOTE: Return packages that do not include an approved RMA Form may be rejected or result in a delayed refund. Items that are returned with any visible signs of wear may be subject to a 25%-50% refund penalty, depending on the severity of the wear.

We process exchanges like returns. If you’d like to make an exchange, the best way to do this is:
First, purchase the replacement item(s) you want on our website in order to secure its availability, and it will ship to you now.
Fill out our Return Request Form by clicking HERE. (*Note: Be sure to enter your new 5-digit order #)
Once your request has been approved, we will email you a RMA Form. Please include a copy of your approved RMA Form with your return package and ship to the address on the form.
A full refund including the original shipping charge you paid will be issued within 3 business days once the replacement item(s) have been purchased and the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. With PayPal, you also have the option to use any credit card, and it is quick, easy and guarantees the highest level of security. PayPal payments using credit or debit cards will process within a few minutes. PayPal eChecks can take up to 7 business days to clear, and your order will ship once the payment has processed.

[H4] Domestic Shipping
Domestic packages within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS (depending on your zone). Packages to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Fedex. P.O. Boxes and military addresses are shipped via USPS. We do not ship with a Signature required. If you would like to request this, please enter a note at checkout, additional fees will apply. Please note that if you are not home at the time of delivery for any packages requiring a Signature, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier for pickup or re-delivery. If your package is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply to have your package shipped to you again.

[H4] International Shipping
International packages are typically shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS (depending on your zone). P.O. Box addresses must be shipped using USPS. Any packages that are shipped via DHL will require a signature for delivery. **In some instances if your specific shipment is more expensive than the $45 flat rate fee, we may need to invoice you the price difference (rates are dependent on package size/weight and zone). The shipping charge does NOT include customs or duties taxes, it covers only the transit fees. Customer is responsible for any duties taxes or fees associated with customs clearance. The shipping carrier will contact you to pay the taxes once the shipment has arrived in your country's customs office. If you refuse payment for duties and your package is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded.
[H4] Expedited Shipping
If you require Expedited shipping, a Signature, or Insurance for your order, please make a Note at checkout. Additional costs apply. We will email you a separate invoice once a quote has been established for you.

In-stock items will typically ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you have requested a hem, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday orders can take up to 7-10 business days for processing. Hem requests placed on Black Friday / Cyber Monday orders can take up to 3 weeks.
You will receive an automated email with tracking once your shipping label is generated. Please allow at least 24 hrs for the tracking link to update. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Any delays in delivery of your shipment due to carrier delays are not in our control.

[H4] Lost, Undelivered, or Damaged Packages
Unfortunately we are not liable after the package leaves our hands. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages and will not refund or replace any lost/stolen/damaged items. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you keep the Route Insurance at checkout, which will cover you in case your package encounters delivery issues, is stolen, or is damaged during transit.
We are happy to require a Signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Notes section at checkout to request one and we will email you a quote for this additional service.

At checkout you will be offered Route protection, which is a third party insurance company to protect your packages. If you would like to opt-out of Route insurance, please toggle the button to "off" at checkout, or remove it from your Cart before you complete checkout. Route fees are nonrefundable. If you opt-out of insurance and your package gets stolen, is not successfully delivered to you, or arrives damaged, we will NOT replace or refund the items under any circumstance, so we strongly recommend purchasing the insurance to protect yourself.
