What is SIR. loyalty?

An elevated shopping experience with offers and rewards exclusive to our SIR. loyalty members. Access to offers will increase as you move through our tiered program. Sign up now to get started on your loyalty journey.

How does SIR. Loyalty work?

Earn points on all SIR. purchases via our online or retail stores. Loyalty points allow you to move up through the programme where you can access exclusive tiered benefits and rewards.You will earn one point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. You can also earn additional points by completing activities that sit in your loyalty page.

How do I join?

If you are a new customer, you can join SIR. Loyalty by creating an account with us click here.Customers with existing accounts are automatically become a  SIR. Loyalty member.

How do I earn points?

You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent online and in our SIR stores excluding the value of any shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order. You can also earn additional points by completing activities that sit in your loyalty page. Points are issued 21 days after placing your order and any returned items will result in points deducted. Points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.

How do I know my tier status?

Stay up to date on your status by logging into your account and viewing your loyalty dashboard.

What can I do with my points?

SIR. Loyalty points allow you to progress through the tiers of our loyalty program and receive access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards.

What happens to my points when I return or cancel an order?

Returned items will not accrue points, points are issued 21 days after the order date. Any cancelled orders will not accrue points.

When do my points expire?

Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed 12 months from the date of your account being created. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or even move up a tier. You can track your expiry date on your account dashboard and you will be notified 30 days before your points are due to expire.

How long will I stay in my level?

Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed 12 months from the date of your account being created. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or even move up a tier.If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next tier. If you do not accrue the minimum points for your tier within 12 months, your status will downgrade to the below tier.

Why have I moved up a tier?

When your tier upgrades this means you have earned enough points in the last 12 months to qualify for the next tier.

Why has my tier been downgraded?

Your tier for the next 12 months depends on the number of points you have earned by the date of your tier expiry. If you’ve moved down a tier, it is because you haven’t met the qualifying point total by your tier expiry date.

What are the rewards?

Our loyalty rewards are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to SIR. Every year we’ll choose bespoke rewards we think you’ll love, from an experience to an exclusive offer or a gift.You can view what is included within your account dashboard. Click here to login to your account.

Who do I already have points?

To get you started, we have applied the last 3 months of your purchases (up until 20th October) in loyalty points. Simply login to your existing account or create an account with your purchase email to view your balance. If you would like points from any purchases between 20th October and 1 November added please contact our team at customercare@sirthelabel.com.

HOW DOES SAME DAY DELIVERY WORK IN-STORE?

Simply call your local store before 12pm to place your order and receive it by 5pm. Only valid for locations within 50km of our SIR. stores. Find your nearest store here.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME?

HOW MUCH DOES SAME DAY DELIVERY COST?

Delivery prices start at $15. If you are shopping online, the delivery price will be calculated at checkout based on your location. If you are ordering over the phone in-store, our staff will be able to let you know the price based on your location.

All same day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT IS HAS BEEN PLACED USING SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately not, once an order has been placed we will not be able to cancel the order.

Complimentary Click & Collect is available for online purchases from the SIR. Rosebery head office, SIR. Bondi Store, SIR. Claremont Store, SIR. James Street Store, SIR. Melbourne Residency and SIR. Paddington Store.
If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this will appear at the checkout under 'pick up' when completing your purchase.
Once you have placed your online order, you will receive a Click and Collect order confirmation with your selected location store address. If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
All orders are usually ready within 24 hours and once available, you will receive a ready for collection email. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you have received this email confirming your order is available to collect. Please present a copy of your Click and Collect order confirmation upon collecting your item(s).
We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 28 days from the date of that you are sent the collection confirmation email. Email and phone notifications will be sent during this time to remind you of your collection and offer alternative postage options.
If you fail to respond or collect your order within this 28-day window, your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.
Standard online returns policy applies to orders placed with Click and Collect with the start of your return window commencing from the collection confirmation email date.
