I'm picky about shoes and was having a hard time finding what I wanted: a classic but modern loafer that wasn't too round and boxy but not too long and pointy, with rubber soles and quality construction. I only found two that fit the bill, the TLB Mallorca Artista and the Crocket & Jones Sydney. The Artista are less expensive and every bit as good.
I ended up a half size smaller than expected, but they fit perfect and are comfortable. TLB was great about doing a free size exchange. Personalized or Made To Order orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances since the products are specially manufactured following the instructions of the orders placed by the customers. Please note that shoes that include a metal toe cap cannot be exchanged or returned either. Belts are not eligible for size exchanges.

Our goal is that each client will be completely satisfied. You can place an order through the TLB Mallorca online Store at www.tlbmallorca.com. Simply browse the collections, select your desired products and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you’ll need to provide your shipping information and contact details (including a phone number for delivery purposes).

[H4] Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?

You don’t need to open an account to place an order with TLB Mallorca. You can simply checkout as a guest.

[H4] Can I add products to an existing order?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, you cannot add products to it. If you need additional items, you will need to place a separate order. Keep in mind that orders can begin manufacturing the same day they are placed, so modifications are not possible once the order is confirmed.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped and as long as it's not a custom order. Made to order or personalized items cannot be canceled or returned. Note that orders can begin manufacturing the same day they're placed.

Most of our sizes are available from 5 to 12 (UK). If you need a special size, please contact us at info@tlbmallorca.com, and we'll do our best to assist you. You can find this chart in the description of each footwear product or simply visit our fitting guide.
