Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
26 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
87% Reputation

The site exhibits exceptionally high information density, favoring technical specifications over power words. Headings like ‘Body Core Lift,’ ‘Variable Pressurization,’ and ‘Arm Pressure Leg Vent’ provide functional descriptions rather than fluff. The body text contains specific noun-heavy data, such as ‘100+ years of combined experience’ and exact measurement requirements for stock items (e.g., ‘Torso = 62, Inseam = 37.75’). Marketing fluff is virtually non-existent, replaced by aerodynamic jargon and specific jump-count recommendations for gear usage.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H3] "For any job, having the proper tool is imperative for success. "
"TonySuits provides that for XP8 and their track record of quality and customer service has been proven again and again!"

Kirk Verner
/ 2020 Skydiving Hall of Fame inductee | Founding member & former captain of Arizona Airspeed | 66 gold medals in national and international competitions (the most decorated competitive FS skydiver) | 300-way World Record in Arizona & 400-way world record in Thailand | USPA National Director | Chairman of the Competition Committee | Delegate to the FAI’s International Skydiving Committee

[H3] "Every competition jump starts with confidence."
"My TonySuit gives me the comfort, precision, and performance I need to keep my focus on winning, and not my gear."

Jeana Billings
/ Double-gold medalist in 8-way FS and Female 4-way | FS at the 2024 Fédération Aéronautique Internationale World Championships/ 6 time World Champion

[H3] "TonySuit is the ONLY jumpsuit I want to fly."
"I avoid borrowing jumpsuits, because I expect my jumpsuit to fit and perform a certain way. Most skydivers and tunnel fliers don't even realize how much their suit is holding them back, until they fly the real thing. My suit feels like a second skin and when I wear it I feel completely at home, confident, and unstoppable."
[H5] "Your suit is like your knife: you know it intimately, and when you use somebody else's, you end up cutting yourself."

Christopher Kuhlman
/ Two-time 4-Way FS World Champion| 8-Way FS World Champion | Four-time Winner of the USPA National Championships | Five-time Winner of the US indoor skydiving National Championships | Arizona Airspeed Alumni | Skydiving Organizer, Coach, & Mentor

[H3] "I love all my TonySuits - FS, Freefly and Speed - all a super fit, great looking, and amazing function!"

Dr. Anna J Lea
/ British World Champion in Female 4-way Formation Skydiving

[H3] "TonySuits are built so well, they fit perfectly."
"I love the Pit Special jumpsuit. It fit perfectly right out of the box — I didn't need to change a stitch on it. As far as flying, on the first jump it already felt like an extension of my body, didn't have to "get used to it." TonySuits are built so well that I won’t have to order another for many years! Thanks Tony!"

Dan Brodsky-Chenfeld
/ 2014 Skydiving Hall of Fame Inductee | Six-Time World Champion Skydiver | 16-time National Championship Gold Medals, multi-disciplines | Multiple skydiving World Records | Co-founder of Arizona Airspeed | Author of the book ‘Above All Else’

[H3] "TonySuits Pit Special is the perfect jumpsuit for any belly flyer."
"TonySuits offers the best product on the market, along with fantastic support. I use my jumpsuit for training, competitions, organizing, big ways, world records, and AFF. The suit offers the flexibility to be used for whatever challenge you're facing. If you need extra drag for smaller students or when you're on the outside of a 100+ way, their slip-on sleeves are the perfect accessory. If you want to make the best investment you can in your jumpsuit, go with TonySuits!"

Ian Pedowitz
/ 8-Way Open National Champion | Centurion Coach | 18 USPA national medals in all four FS disciplines; 4-Way Advanced, 8-Way Open, 16-Way Open, and 10-Way Speed | Six Large Formation Sequential World Records

[H3] "Trust isn't optional, and TonySuits has earned mine."
"As a videographer, I need to have absolute confidence in my camera wings when the nine of us launch into the sky at 120 mph."

Kevin Penn
/ US Team Videographer | XP8 Videographer | Skydiving Mentor

[H3] "As your skills improve, so should your equipment."
"The advice I give to aspiring skydivers is that you can’t use the same suit when you first started jumping. A custom-made jumpsuit from an expert manufacturer who understands your needs will make a huge difference in your performance, not to mention the superb design and performance of the booties.”

Jose and Laura Alvarez
/ Founding members of MeXtreme | 8 World Records | 2 Guinness Records | Multiple State and National Records | 4-Way Competitor | Sequential Formations | Exhibition Jumps | USPA Coach and AFF Instructor | Videographer | Event Organizers

[H3] "The Instructor Max speaks for itself."
"It’s rare to be able to do AFF with only one jumpsuit. When you have a variety of fall-rates you can either have multiple jumpsuits, or you can get the Instructor Max and have one jumpsuit that does it all. At Skydive Ratings, we find that during the course our candidates have a larger range in the Instructor Max jumpsuit. If you're going to spend money on the course, invest in the right jumpsuit."

Bram Clement
/ Owner of Skydive Ratings | IAD Examiner | Coach Examiner | Tandem Examiner | AFF Examiner | S/L Examiner | Instructor Examiner | Master Rigger

[H3] "The camera jacket wings give me what I need for the shots I want."
"The jacket wings work great for being above a belly formation, but they really shine (and finally unlocked for me) getting the "below shot."

Alex Swindle
/ Arizona Airspeed Videographer | 2024 4-Way World Champion (videographer) | 2024 2-point 151-Way TBS World Record (videographer)

[H3] "The Competition Camera suit is a serious suit, for serious jumps.
"The large wings and booties mean I always have more gas in the tank when I need it. Left too early on a 4-way exit? The booties let me power up the hill and recover. Feeling the burble on a bigway? The wings have my back and I rely on them so I don't take somebody out. It's the suit I've trusted for a World Meet and a World Record and it hasn't let me down."

Alex Swindle
/ Arizona Airspeed Videographer | 2024 4-Way World Champion (videographer) | 2024 2-point 151-Way TBS World Record (videographer)

[H3] "You've gotta' dress for success!"
"Invest in a good set of wings from TonySuits. It's worth every penny when you absolutely have to get the shot. And check out their new measurement scanner! Proudly made in the USA."

Trunk Kirschenbaum
/ Videographer Extraordinaire

[H3] "I only wear two suits, Armani and Tony."

Richard Calledare
/ Veteran Skydiver and competitive jumper in the Florida and international skydiving communities

[H5] QUESTIONS
Email us at: [email protected]

[H1] Beginner Wingsuits
Our lineup of small-wing wingsuits have been designed to gradually introduce you to wingsuit flight.
Our wingsuits are powerful yet easy to fly, making them great wingsuits to learn piloting skills.

[H4] Body Core Lift
Through new design shapes and testing, lift is produced from the wing area closer to the body, giving the wingsuit a positive “Body Core Lift” (BCL) factor that can be felt with less tiring long flights. The “Body Core Lift” arm wing design also allows TonySuits to shape a wing planform that is not only efficient and easy to fly, but also is tapered to allow easy access to the pilot chute at pull time.

[H4] Variable Pressurization
"Tune-Up" the performance to the needed level by adjusting the integrated pressure vent zippers located in the arm and leg wings.
For First Flight training, lower the wing pressure by opening all the available pressure zippers and "de-tune" the suit to a level that will provide a safe and positive First Flight training experience.

[H4] Arm Pressure Leg Vent
The leg wing design, with its unique tapered trailing edge, provides solid pressurization and results in excellent forward drive. For greater versatility, and in addition to the standard arm and leg wing zipper vents, it has an adjustable “Arm Pressure Leg Vent” (APLV) to vent air from the arm wing through the lower leg.

[H3] Colibri

A great all-around suit for both beginner and intermediate pilots.
The suit design requires less strength to fly making it versatile, fun, and easy to fly, while offering a surprisingly large performance envelope.

Customize
stock wingsuits

The Colibri is the tool that is perfectly adept for beginners doing their First Flight and initial training jumps without feeling that it’s just a "beginner" suit.
With all the pressure vents closed, the Colibri is beyond a beginner suit and is a true "Flocking for Fun" and acrobatic capable wingsuit.

[H3] Tri-Bird

A great all-around wingsuit, and an ideal acrobatic wingsuit.
Great for those who want to learn to back-fly, easy to transition, and wonderful at carving.

Customize
stock wingsuits

The Tri-Bird is the only wingsuit that has no hand grippers, leaving the hands free to take docks for that grip'n and flip'n fun! The choice wingsuit for acrobatic teams needing agility and control with maximum maneuverability.

[H1] Intermediate / Advanced Wingsuits
Whether you're looking for the highest-level performance wingsuits to win competitions, fly XRW or camera, or leveling-up your BASE exits, the following wingsuits were designed to take you where you need to go - with full power!
Grow your quiver with these incredible wingsuits.

[H4] Fully Air Locked
All our inlets are fully airlocked, regardless of type.

[H4] Variable Pressurization
Fine-tune your suit performance with zippers installed in the arm and leg wings, perfect for adjusting the pressurization to match a flock or follow students.

[H4] Low-Drag Design
Smooth airflow over the entire back.

[H3] PIPER

The PIPER is designed to be great in the wingsuit tunnel and competitive acrobatic flying.
Very well balanced, to give you the maximum available range for a suit of this class and surface, making it an easy suit to learn back flying in, with low inputs required in transitions.

Customize
stock wingsuits

The PIPER features the latest bootie design and leading edge, with Foghead inspired aerofoils, and a zipper system allowing variable pressure that works without sacrificing precision!
Freeflyers find it to be wonderful at carving, the go-to suit for flipping around with friends!
The PIPER is built in our HD high durability materials, making it great for renting or lending out and ensuring the best possible resale value.

[H3] RAVEN

All-round speed and performance wingsuit.
Fast, agile and lively! Loves steep angles.
A go-to suit for learning and building carving skills.

Customize
stock wingsuits

The Raven is aimed at both the recently hatched wingsuit pilot with 20+ wingsuit jumps and at the skilled acro flyer who wants to turn fast in all directions with a healthy dose of performance and speed.
Small, precise inputs give a lot of feedback and movement, making the Raven great for spinning around with friends and in competition.
The Raven comes without grippers as standard. We recommend keeping this suit gripperless for most freedom of movement when doing docks, grips and what not.

[H3] R3

Easy to backfly, flies at any angle and its agility makes it great for acro.
Low stall speed making it great for XRW.
Flies great with small suits and has the range to keep up with fast-flying larger surface suits.

Customize
stock wingsuits

The R3 is significantly faster than the R-bird2 and also faster than other suits with similar surface area and similar ease of use – especially on its back. This is mainly due to it’s all new airfoil generating way more lift with less drag. The R3 has higher pressurization, giving it a cleaner surface when maneuvering. This gives the suit a sportier overall feeling.
For current R-Bird2 Pilots: The R3 has the same arm sweep and leg stance from its predecessor. It also keeps its overall surface area, but an improved planform. It was important to us to retain the same great feeling of flying it for the pilots who have flown the R-bird2 they know and love.
Looking at other manufacturers we would point to the following suits as good playmates: Phantom Edge2, Strix2, Swift3, GÜS, ATC, Funk3. – However due to the versatility of the R3 it will fly comfortably with suits with both higher and lower performance than listed suits.
Due to the relative ease of flying the R3 we recommend a minimum of 40 wingsuit jumps before trying the R3. However this recommendation can vary from person to person taking skills into account. We recommend consulting an experienced wingsuiter at your local dz before flying the R3.
We recommend the R3 as our entry level wingsuit BASE suit due to its relative short starts, its ability to build speed quickly and its general ease of use – including an easy pull!

[H3] FOGHEAD 4

Easy to backfly, flies at any angle and its agility makes it great for acro.
Low stall speed making it great for XRW.
Flies great with small suits and has the range to keep up with fast-flying larger surface suits.
