Information Density: Get Active ABC – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Get Active ABC

(https://getactiveabc.com) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 19, 2026
Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
26 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
87% Reputation

The substance ratio is exceptionally high; for instance, the memberships page breaks down seven distinct tiers with exact pricing, such as the Single Membership at 33.00 GBP per month, and specific facility access lists. Headings like H2 Family membership and H2 Teen membership 12 – 15 years lead directly to granular benefit lists rather than vague promises. Body text includes specific dates for 2026 events, such as the Craigavon Lake Run set for June 3, 2026, and the Physical Literacy Workshop on February 25, 2026, providing high temporal relevance and proof of active management. Power word usage is minimal, restricted mostly to action-oriented verbs like ‘Get’ which function as navigational cues rather than empty modifiers.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)

SUB-PAGE (https://getactiveabc.com/get-moving/) Get Moving ABC – Get Active ABC
Get Moving ABC is a Borough wide targeted initiative, with a collective effort by a range of local organisations and groups to motivate and support as many people as possible to work towards and achieve the recommended physical activity levels.

The Get Moving ABC Partnership’s target is to get more of our population moving and become the most physically active borough in Northern Ireland. The focus will be on increasing sport and physical activity within homes, communities, workplaces and schools, with a view to motivating and encouraging as many people as possible to meet and exceed the recommended levels of physical activity in line with government guidance, as well as develop more positive attitudes towards being active.

[H2] Get Schools Moving

Understanding Physical Literacy Workshop – South Lake Leisure Centre – Wed 25 Feb 2026
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough (ABC) Council is calling on primary schools across the borough to put movement and play at the heart of school life by signing up to become a ‘Get Moving School.’
By signing up to the programme, schools are pledging their commitment to providing a high-quality play, physical activity and sports offering.
The ‘Get Moving ABC’ partnership recognises that schools are a key setting where children and young people get the opportunity to take part in daily physical activity and develop a love for movement. Evidence shows that children and young people who are physically active every day, are more likely to have higher levels of physical and mental wellbeing leading to the development of healthy habits for life.
As a ‘Get Moving School’, schools will be supported by the council’s Sports Development team to ensure children have the opportunity to meet and exceed the Chief Medical Officer’s guidance of 60 active minutes a day.
Schools will also be introduced to support organisations including The Daily Mile, Sustrans NI and the National Governing Bodies of Sport. Schools will also receive guidance on council sports, play and community programmes, training and development opportunities and funding available.
The ‘Get Moving School’ programme is supported by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Sport NI, The Community and Voluntary Sector Panel, Public Health Agency, Education Authority, NI Chest Heart and Stroke, Ulster GAA and ABC Council.
For more information on becoming a Get Moving School, please contact Amanda Mogey or call 07816341112.

[H2] Get Businesses Moving

Through the ‘Get Business Moving’ initiative, council can help you explore, coordinate and plan how to motivate and support your employees to lead an active and fulfilling life, inside and outside of work.
According to the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), investing in employee health and wellbeing can lead to increased resilience, better employee engagement, reduced sickness absence and higher productivity.
Each business who signs up to the scheme will get started by having a meeting with our experts who will help to identify the needs of staff members, before developing a bespoke package that will meet those needs.
Some of the programmes can include: becoming part of a Corporate Indoor Leisure Membership Scheme; support and guidance through Couch to 5K/10K; opportunity to enter a workplace team into a Business Games Day; information on how to sign your work place up to an active travel scheme; collaboration with the NI Chest, Heart and Stroke charity’s Live Well Work Well programme – plus lots more!
If you would like to sign your business up or to seek more information on becoming a Get Moving ABC Partner, please contact: Laura O’Hagan on 07436 537 846 or email
The Get Moving ABC Workplace Scheme is supported by Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Sport NI, The Community and Voluntary Sector Panel, Public Health Agency, Education Authority, NI Chest Heart and Stroke, Ulster GAA and ABC Council.

We thoroughly enjoyed the business games last time! We loved the competitive nature of the first half of the day and then it was nice to just participate in the second half just for fun. It was so well organised overall. The lunch was lovely and the goodie bag was a lovely touch. We would definitely like to participate again and maybe even bring two teams.

The only thing I would say is that it’s a lot more physical than we thought, which we didn’t mind at all, in fact we enjoyed that aspect as we were all fairly fit and I wouldn’t change that.
Orla | Interface

As a team, we found the business games to be great fun and a good way to bring the team together. Activities such as the netball shooting and bowling tested team work, leadership and discipline. The set up was great and the instructors were all very friendly and clear on what to do. The tai chi I think it was at the end was really nice after an active morning!

I thought the tea time break food and lunch provided was delicious.

Hope we get an opportunity to participate again as a team.
Linda | Ripple

My feedback is all positive, I thought the individual games were a good idea as I've heard that in previous years there was a lot of competitiveness between teams that caused some conflict.
Due to our numbers dwindling at one point, it was great to involve bystanders to join our team and help us out.
The food was great along with the goodie bag
Turkington

The feed back was all good! The circuits where all set up and monitored efficiently. There was a slight bit of competition but nothing we couldn’t handle lol
At break/lunch time they had an excellent spread on for us all, plus a goodie bag at the end. Was a great day!’
Turkington

[H2] Physical Activity Guidelines

Physical activity or exercise can improve your health. It takes many forms, occurs in many settings, and has many purposes – daily activity, active recreation, and sport. Spreading activity across the day or week can help make guidelines achievable within daily living; for example, walking, wheeling or cycling for daily travel is often the easiest way to get physically active.
Activity can reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Small changes can make a big difference if they are sustained over time and can improve your quality of life.

Our borough enjoys plenty of natural wonders and offers so many opportunities for exploration and adventure. From Armagh’s Palace Demesne to the wide green spaces of parks in Lurgan, Loughgall and Gosford Forest, from the southern shores of Lough Neagh to watersports on the lakes at Craigavon City Park, we have some of Northern Ireland’s best havens for relaxation and recreation.

To encourage and inspire people to come and visit, we have launched a new interactive Get Outdoors GIS Map that enables users to view information on the wide variety of outdoor spaces available across the borough. It showcases all council parks and open spaces, walking, cycling and canoeing trails, play parks, outdoor facilities and activities, providing access to up-to-date information at the touch of a button.
Our aim is to get everyone active, by using this platform to plan their next trip into our great outdoors.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Fitness, Gyms & Sports Clubs to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: transform your body, the best gym in town, results guaranteed, your fitness journey starts here, state-of-the-art equipment, expert personal trainers…
Red Flags: transformation photos with suspicious editing, guaranteed body composition changes, trainer certifications not from recognized bodies, no facility photos or stock gym images, hidden joining fees or contract lock-in terms, weight loss claims without health disclaimers…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage shows elite athletes but facility is basic, claims expert coaching but trainer qualifications are entry-level, homepage promotes transformation but no before-and-after evidence, claims cutting-edge equipment but facility photos show dated gear…
Proof Expectations: trainer qualifications with certifying body names (NASM, ACE, CIMSPA), real facility photographs, specific equipment brands and lists, genuine member transformation stories with consent, class timetable with named instructors, first aid and safety certifications…
