Information Density: Nourish Move Love – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
24 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
80% Reputation

The site exhibits high substance density, particularly on the workout plan and app pages. While some headings like Feel Strong Again and Sign up for your best year ever lean into power-word fluff, they are immediately backed by specific technical nouns such as NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PROnatal Certified. The ratio of generic marketing to specific claims is low, evidenced by granular equipment recommendations like 5-10% of your body weight and explicit workout durations of 5 to 40 minutes.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H2] FAQ

Who is the NML app for?

The NML app is built for busy women who want to build strength that actually fits into motherhood, work, and everything in between.
It’s your go-to for effective workouts, structured programs, and monthly plans that take the guesswork out. But more than that, it’s a community. The NML app is a space where women show up, stay consistent, celebrate wins, and support each other along the way.
Whether you’re squeezing in 20 minutes during naptime or getting up early before the day starts, the app is designed to support that kind of flexibility while keeping you accountable and motivated.

What equipment do I need?

NML workouts typically require a set of dumbbells. Optional equipment includes: a pull-up bar, mini loop resistance bands, and a bench/box. If you’re a beginner, I recommend starting with 5-10% of your body weight per dumbbell. That’s about 8-15 lbs if you weigh 150 lbs. Increase gradually as your form and confidence improve.

What devices does the NML app work on?

The NML app works on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) smartphones and tablets, requiring iOS 9.3.5+ or Android 5.0+.

Can I use it on my TV?

You cannot install the NML app directly on a TV. However, for iOS, you can use AirPlay to stream from the NML app to your TV, provided you have a compatible setup. For Android, you should use Google Cast (Chromecast) or Miracast to mirror your screen or cast video directly to your television.

How is this different from Lindsey’s free YouTube workouts or $5.99/month YouTube membership?

YouTube is a great way to follow along with workouts, but the NML app is a full training experience built for consistency, structure, and support.
With the NML app, you get everything in one place, plus tools that help you actually stay consistent and see progress:
Stream on all devices
On-demand workout classes
100% ad-free training
Structured monthly programs + guided challenges
Progress tracking so you can see your results over time
Interactive community + chat pods for accountability and support
Early access + extended programming
Live workouts + Q&As
Exclusive access to Lindsey + Team NML
Ask Lindsey AI for quick support anytime
The $5.99/month YouTube membership includes:
Stream on all devices
On-demand workout classes
Bottom line: YouTube gives you workouts. The NML app helps you stay consistent, track progress, and actually see long-term results.

I already follow the programs on your website. Why do I need the app?

The app is one centralized place for everything, including signature programs, tracking your progress, and connecting with the NML community.
What you’re really getting is accountability and tracking built into the experience. You can log your workouts, see your progress over time in one view, and connect with other women doing the same thing you’re doing. At 5 a.m. before a shift, being ready to go – and seeing your progress – often matters more than a new workout.

Is the app beginner friendly?

Yes, absolutely. The app is built for everyone, from total beginners to people who’ve been training for years.
Every workout includes built-in modifications. You’re not watching me do something and then scrambling to figure out how to make it work for you. The modifications are filmed and coached right alongside me, so you pick your level and go.
Plus, the app organizes everything so you know exactly which workouts to do each month and you can track your progress as you go.

How much time do I need each day?

Most NML workouts are designed to take 20-30 minutes.
The NML app includes workouts ranging from 5-40 minutes, so you can choose the length that fits your schedule each day. The goal isn’t to spend hours working out; it’s to be consistent. These workouts are built to be efficient, effective, and easy to fit into your real life.

How do I apply for HSA/FSA reimbursement?

HSA/FSA reimbursement may be available for eligible members through TrueMed.
Complete a brief clinical intake and if approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to submit with your receipt for reimbursement.
Individual eligibility is based on the clinical intake and review by an independent, licensed provider. Your LMN date is based on when you complete the intake and can’t be backdated.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Fitness, Gyms & Sports Clubs to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: transform your body, the best gym in town, results guaranteed, your fitness journey starts here, state-of-the-art equipment, expert personal trainers…
Red Flags: transformation photos with suspicious editing, guaranteed body composition changes, trainer certifications not from recognized bodies, no facility photos or stock gym images, hidden joining fees or contract lock-in terms, weight loss claims without health disclaimers…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage shows elite athletes but facility is basic, claims expert coaching but trainer qualifications are entry-level, homepage promotes transformation but no before-and-after evidence, claims cutting-edge equipment but facility photos show dated gear…
Proof Expectations: trainer qualifications with certifying body names (NASM, ACE, CIMSPA), real facility photographs, specific equipment brands and lists, genuine member transformation stories with consent, class timetable with named instructors, first aid and safety certifications…
