The club was originally built for the benefit of Guinness employees but in recent years has been opened to the public with memberships available for just €40* per month. We have recently undergone a refurbishment with complete replacement of our gym area and a new studio for classes. Hosting a range of high tech cardio and weight equipment you will feel like you are getting value for money at every visit. If you are looking to improve your strength and conditioning we have a top of the range Exigo Functional Rig and an Exigo Power Rack to help you achieve your goals.
If you are new to using a gym, our whole health club has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We encourage all fitness levels to workout side by side providing accessible facilities for all.
Our approachable team of fitness experts are on hand to guide you in achieving your goals.

We can provide you with a free assessment and programme which we can update as you progress. Alternatively, we do have a personal training service that is offered to members at exclusive rates.
To mix things up, we also offer a large range of fitness classes, a 25 metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room. So you are not only gaining access to our state of the art gym, you will have access to the full health club at one affordable membership price.
Gym and pool also available on the small fee as pay as you go.
