The majority of our products are vegan friendly - in fact there are only three products that aren’t - our Cheese and Leek Plaits and Mozzarella Burgers all contain dairy. We only use palm oil in our pastry products and all of the palm oil we use is certified as sustainable by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. [H4] What products contain palm oil? We only use palm oil in our pastry products, but we recently removed the palm oil from our standard sausages so some packs may still be on the shelves which contain this ingredient - we recommend checking the ingredients listed on pack to be sure. [H4] Do you have any tips for cooking your pastry products? We do have some tips on getting the best results when cooking our pies, and we hope these will add to your enjoyment. We recommend: Always preheat the oven to the recommended temperature before cooking Always preheat the baking tray you plan to use Try adding a foil-lined tray/grill pan at the bottom of your oven – this reflects the heat upwards and will improve the cooking of the pastry from beneath Cook your pies in the centre of your oven Adjust the cooking time if you’re cooking more than one pie or are cooking other items at the same time [H4] Which of your products contain gluten? We’re unable to state "Gluten Free" on the packaging of any of our products as we do use ingredients which contain gluten in some products.
