Information Density: Oskar Blues Brewery – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Oskar Blues Brewery

(https://oskarblues.com) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 25, 2026
Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
27 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
90% Reputation

The body substance ratio is exceptionally high, providing specific technical data for over 40 distinct products, including ABV percentages (e.g., Barrel-Aged Ten FIDY at 12.5%, Dale’s Pale Ale at 6.5%) and specific beer styles. Heading fluff is minimal, limited to branded phrases like CanifestDestiny and DJ OB, while the majority of H2 and H3 tags are used for functional location data and product names. Specificity is reinforced with exact street addresses and current temporal markers for events in May 2026.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)

Oskar Blues Brewery

From brewing our first batch of Dale’s Pale Ale in the basement to being the first to have the audacity to put craft beer in a can, we’ll never stop making hops, malt, and yeast into beer that makes you say “Works for me!” with every sip. All work and all play since 1997.

[H2] Where do you brew your beer?

We have 2 production facilities to help deliver fresh beer nationwide. The original is in Longmont, CO, and our Brevard, NC, facility opened in 2012!

[H2] Whats up with the restaurants?

Several restaurants in Colorado are also named Oskar Blues; one is the original brewpub in Lyons, CO, about 15 miles from our facility in Longmont, where there is another restaurant just down the street. There are two more in Denver and Colorado Springs. Our founder has maintained ownership of those locations, while the brewery now has new ownership. We still love them, and they love serving OB beer. We supply them with all the delicious OB beer they pour, and we love stopping by for some amazing comfort food and live music.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Food, Restaurants & Delivery to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: the best food in town, authentic flavors, made with love, quality ingredients, unforgettable dining, a culinary journey…
Red Flags: no food hygiene rating displayed, stock food photography, locally sourced claims without naming any supplier, award claims without verifiable source, menu without prices, no allergen information available…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims fine dining but menu prices are casual, claims locally sourced but no suppliers named, homepage shows plated dishes but delivery menu is different items, claims authentic cuisine but menu is fusion with no cultural specificity…
Proof Expectations: food hygiene rating displayed, named ingredient suppliers and sources, chef background and culinary credentials, real food photography not stock images, current menu with accurate pricing, allergen and dietary information…
