Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
20 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
67% Reputation

The site provides high-density technical specs such as NOM 1613 and explicit nutrition facts (96 calories, 0g sugars), which effectively counteracts some generic marketing language. However, headings like [H2] A Passion for Great Tequila and [H2] COME HAVE A DRINK lean heavily on fluff power words without specific nouns. The repetition of the ‘Mana’ brand story across all four pages increases the fluff-to-new-info ratio, but the body text remains relatively substantive with descriptions of copper pot stills and brick ovens. The ratio of generic cliches to specific technical specifications is approximately 3:1.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)

[H2] INTRODUCING TEREMANA TEQUILA
Crafted in a small Mexican town, amidst the highest peaks of the Jalisco Highland mountains, every step of our tequila making process is meticulously done the right way at Destilería Teremana de Agave. The jimadores harvest fully mature naturally sweet agave, we then slow roast them in small traditional brick ovens, and distill in handmade copper pot stills. This creates a bright flavorful tequila that honors the land it comes from.In life we care about the things that have deep meaning to us - family, friends, work, good times and the not so good times. Our tequila is no different. TEREMANA combines two words that are meaningful. 'TERE' derived from the Latin 'terra' meaning earth and 'MANA', the Polynesian word meaning spirit - Teremana is the "Spirit of the Earth".

[H2] Teremana Tequila
Why we do things matters as much as how we do them. At Teremana, we share our process with full transparency. From sharing the handcrafted details of our tequila making process to including the nutrition facts on our back label.
[H2] The Process

1
[H3] Crafted in a small mexican town
Crafted in a small Mexican town, amidst the highest peaks of the Jalisco Highlands, every step of our tequila-making process is meticulously done to create delicious tequila that truly honors the land it comes from. Utilizing local businesses and practices allows us to create our sustainable ultra premium tequila.

2
[H3] Brick oven roasted
Utilizing 100% brick oven roasting allows Teremana to bring out the bright citrus flavors of our highlands agave. This traditional process takes time. We roast for 3 days before shredding our agave to extract the juices for fermentation. We use the left over agave fibers for organic compost for the agave fields.

3
[H3] Handmade Copper Pot Stills
After our open tank fermenting process, Teremana is then distilled using our handmade copper pot stills. These stills were made by a local artisan on the premises of the distillery. The nature of the handmade copper stills not only harkens back to the days of traditional tequila making processes, but also produces a cleaner, smoother tequila.

[H3] Sustainability
At Teremana, we take sustainability seriously and we work to reduce our impact on the land. We take 100% of the left over agave fibers from production and turn them into natural compost that is used as an organic fertilizer for the agave fields. We also use a state of the art water filtration system that cleans the waste water left over from production. We will continue to strive to reduce our footprint and to take care of our home for generations to come.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Food, Restaurants & Delivery to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: the best food in town, authentic flavors, made with love, quality ingredients, unforgettable dining, a culinary journey…
Red Flags: no food hygiene rating displayed, stock food photography, locally sourced claims without naming any supplier, award claims without verifiable source, menu without prices, no allergen information available…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims fine dining but menu prices are casual, claims locally sourced but no suppliers named, homepage shows plated dishes but delivery menu is different items, claims authentic cuisine but menu is fusion with no cultural specificity…
Proof Expectations: food hygiene rating displayed, named ingredient suppliers and sources, chef background and culinary credentials, real food photography not stock images, current menu with accurate pricing, allergen and dietary information…
