do I have to book a table at YO!?

You don't have to book, but with food this good we know you won't want to wait. We highly recommend booking a table at your favourite YO! to secure your spot and avoid any queues!

why is the branch I want to book not coming up?

The following restaurants are walk-in only so do not take bookings: Heathrow T2, Heathrow T3, Manchester Trafford & London Selfridges.

A selection of our other restaurants are also walk-in only on weekend.

I have a booking but one of my party can’t attend, what now?

Don’t worry - just cancel your booking via the link on your confirmation email or give us a call on 0333 090 6257 and we’ll help you to reschedule.

can I request a table outside?

Seating is on a first-come first-served basis, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to offer you an outside table.

I want to book a booth, what do I do?

YO! operates a first come, first served seating system, so we can’t guarantee that you will be seated at a booth for your visit; however, we promise that wherever you sit you’re guaranteed a YO!some time!

do you have high-chairs?

Yes! Most YO! restaurants have high-chairs, however to make your visit as comfortable as possible we strongly recommend you advise us in advance of your booking that you require one.

can I pay by cash?

We are currently only accepting electronic/card payments in all of our UK restaurants and cannot accept coins or notes.

how do I make a booking?

Bookings for YO! Sushi School can be made through Tonic, operated by Design My Night. Confirmation is only provided upon receipt of payment.

when should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class start time. Latecomers (up to 15 minutes) may be admitted at YO! Manager's discretion but will not be refunded for missed portions of the class. Entry may be refused for any arrivals after 15 minutes from the class start time.

what if I have a food allergies or intolerances?

Ahead of your class, please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances. Our allergens list and policies are available here.

can I use my gift card?

Gift cards are valid only when booked as tickets via the booking team.

Gift vouchers are available via our toggle shop- https://shop.yosushi.com/

To redeem your sushi school voucher, please contact bookings@yosushi.com who will book your ticket and redeem the voucher for you.

Gift vouchers without a ticket are not valid and cannot be used in restaurants in place of a ticket.

Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for any other item, monetary value or alternative gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are valid 12 months from purchase.

can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

cancelling your booking

YO! cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of booking.

All cancellation requests need to be made through us directly at bookings@yosushi.com and cannot be made after 24 hours of the purchase, unless it is a request to reschedule, which must be made within the 72 hours' notice period..

rescheduling your booking

Requests to reschedule must be emailed to bookings@yosushi.com at least 72 hours prior to the class date, including the reason for rescheduling and the new chosen date. YO!’s Bookings Team reserves the right to refuse rescheduling based on class availability and circumstances. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the ticket.

Rescheduling requests can only be made once.

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please inform us of the attendee's name in advance.

Occasionally we may need to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and offer to transfer to another class or issue a full refund.
