Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

The site exhibits exceptionally high information density for a municipal portal. Headings like H4 Water Pressure Notice and H4 University Drive Improvements Project Event are followed by specific geographic corridors (Pines Blvd. from NW 210 Ave to SW 184 Ave) and exact temporal data (May 27, 2026 at 10 am). There is almost zero power-word saturation, with text focused on utility rather than persuasion, avoiding words like innovative or world-class in favor of functional nouns.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)
