Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
21 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
70% Reputation

The site maintains a relatively high substance ratio by providing a detailed directory of 18 specific facility locations with addresses and phone numbers. While headings like ‘Over 50 Years of Excellence in Aged Care’ use typical power words like ‘Excellence,’ they are anchored by a specific duration (50 years). The body text avoids pure fluff by naming specific allied health services such as podiatry and physiotherapy, and the testimonials are unusually granular, naming specific staff members like ‘Jessie’ and ‘Jelina’ and even a resident’s dog, ‘Lilly.’

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

Testimonials

“I would like to congratulate Thompson Health Care on building this aged care facility in Mona Vale. It has top quality rooms and workable dining and lounge rooms, so it never feels like there are 48 residents here.
Seven months ago, when we asked our family doctor to recommend an aged care facility on the Northern Beaches, he had no hesitation in recommending Darley House.
My thoughts on ever going to a nursing home were negative, however after a couple of falls at home and away from home and with my wife not being able to lift me, we realised that I needed professional care and with the progression of Parkinson’s, falls are most likely to increase.
I would like to say a special thank you to the nurses who work here. You are so kind and supportive and always have a smile while providing 24-hour service.
Recently my wife was booked to go to hospital for a full knee replacement and we had a predicament of who could look after ‘Lilly’ our 8-year-old cavoodle. To our surprise the wonderful lady on reception Jelina kindly offered to take care of her after work and through to the next morning for which we are most appreciative. Jelina helped us for some two weeks, Lilly will never forget her.
Thanks also to our Director of Nursing Jessie who does a wonderful job, she is always happy & smiling and helping staff and her door is always open residents.”

“Now that the events surrounding Dad’s passing are largely behind us, it is a time for reflection on his life – the times that we shared and those people who were important in his life.
As we do so, we are aware of the importance of the team at Turramurra House who cared for him so well and with such kindness for 3½ years that he lived with you. Dad was treated with great courtesy always by name, truly living up to your motto that “Residents do not live in our facility, we work in their homes”.
There are too many over the time to be able to thank them individually and I would ask that you would thank them all on my behalf.
Particularly I would like to thank those who looked after both Dad and the Family in his final few days and nights.
We are deeply moved! ”

“How can we begin to thank each and every one of you for all the care, support and love that you give mum?
We know how happy mum is living there with the many wonderful residents and staff. It is just like a second home not only to mum, but us as well.
Thank you again for all your kindness.
Much love. ”

“Mum’s last months were so caring and peaceful for her. This was due to the wonderful care, attention and affection provided to her from your staff. I am so grateful to you all.

The peace of mind I received from Mum being in your care was immeasurable. Thank you for loving my mother and caring for her the way we could have only hoped for.
My eternal thanks. ”

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Healthcare Providers & Medical Clinics to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: world-class healthcare, your health is our priority, compassionate care, trusted by thousands of patients, state-of-the-art facilities, leading specialists…
Red Flags: no CQC registration or equivalent regulatory status, practitioner names without GMC or registration numbers, guaranteed treatment outcomes for complex conditions, testimonials making medical claims, pricing deliberately hidden or available only after consultation, alternative treatments presented as equivalent to evidence-based medicine…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims specialist expertise but services page is general practice, claims evidence-based but promotes unproven treatments, homepage targets complex conditions but offerings are routine screenings, claims NHS and private but private is the only visible option…
Proof Expectations: CQC registration and rating, GMC or relevant professional registration for all practitioners, named specialist qualifications and training, published fees and pricing transparency, specific conditions treated with evidence-based protocols, insurance panel and self-pay information…
