This also includes any video data You submit, which may contain images, audio, or other representations of individuals performing routine tasks for product research purposes. Such video data may include sensitive personal information, such as biometric data (e.g., facial features), depending on the content.Automatically Collected Information: Your preferences, tendencies, services availed, device information (e.g., IP address, browser type), usage data (e.g., pages visited, time spent), and other analytics data.We limit collection to what is necessary for the purposes identified below and in compliance with laws like PIPEDA (limiting collection) and GDPR (data minimization).Note on Third-Party Data in Videos: If You submit videos featuring other individuals, You represent and warrant that You have obtained all necessary consents from those individuals for the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Directly from You: When You register, submit data (e.g., videos), or interact with the Platform.Automatically: Through cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies (if implemented), or via server logs.From Third Parties: From public sources or affiliates, as needed for Platform operations.No Children's Data: The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If We become aware of such collection, We will delete it promptly.
