[H3] Gerard Doyle

Managing Director, Gerard Doyle, began his recruitment career in the mid-90s in Ireland and has recruited for many top companies in technology, FMCG, finance, banking and aircraft leasing. He founded RECRUITERS in 2006 with Brian McFadden and since then has helped many organisations understand and use the latest products on offer from the recruitment industry including employer branding, contingent workforce solutions, executive search and payroll services.
Gerard has a master’s in training and performance management to complement his IPD qualification. In 2019, he joined the People & Advisory Board of GOAL and plays an active role in promoting the charity as an employer of choice.
Outside of work, Gerard is a mentor to three SMEs, a dad to two teenagers and a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. He’s completed four Ironman Triathlons and is a big advocate for exercise as a method to promote mental health and well-being. He’s also a big travel fan and can speak Portuguese.

Director of Client Services Brian McFadden has worked in recruitment for more than 20 years. He set up RECRUITERS with Gerard Doyle because he saw a gap in the market between large recruitment agencies and niche professional services firms.
As a consultant, Brian works with clients to simplify problems and find solutions either through better recruitment processes, benchmarking existing talent within organisations to leverage them or indeed sometimes replacing them with new talent that can drive the business forward.
Before RECRUITERS, Brian became the highest billing consultant in technology and senior appointments in one of Ireland's largest plc recruitment companies, then specialist executive headhunting internationally for consumer goods. He also holds a master's in work and organisational psychology.
In his spare time, Brian likes going to the gym, running, swimming and cycling as well as cooking, reading, photography, woodwork and joinery.

Director of the Permanent Recruitment Division, Patricia has been with RECRUITERS since 2015. With a background in both field and office-based sales as well as business and account management, Patricia became interested in consulting and helping businesses grow with good people.
Patricia started her journey as a recruitment consultant before being promoted to assistant manager in 2017, manager in 2018, associate director in 2022 and now company director in 2023. She has been named the top performer in the company multiple times and consistently hits her targets. Patricia specialises in senior sales positions, predominately within the tech sector.
Patricia is also a big sports fan and in particular, a massive GAA lover and outside of work she still plays with her local club in Cavan, which has included five county championships.

[H3] Sarah Pope

Director of the Contracting and Temp Recruitment Division, Sarah Pope has been with RECRUITERS since April 2016, initially joining as our In-Life programme manager before moving into contracting recruitment and becoming head of the contracting recruitment division in 2019, Associate Director in 2022 and Company Director in 2023.
Sarah has a background in internal audit and sales and has a qualification in human resource management from CIPD and completed a management development programme with TSS Training. In 2019, she also had the opportunity to contribute to the development of an upcoming Level 8 apprenticeship in recruitment, which will be run by NCI and should launch in 2020. Sarah also won the award for Contracting Recruiter of the Year at the 2019 NRF Recruitment Industry Awards.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys socialising with family and friends, going to the gym or for weekend hikes and traveling to new places, near or far, as often as possible. She likes learning new languages and is an avid reader. She will also follow a bit of GAA when she can.
