Let's give the floor to those who know best. What's it like to work at HAZET? We asked our employees from very different areas:

HAZET has exceeded my expectations. I would never have thought that I could learn so many new things in one year and develop personally. I have gained insights into so many exciting areas in a short space of time: Sales, HR, e-commerce... In the process, I only met helpful colleagues and annoyed them with my questions. But they didn't bother anyone. I have two more exciting years ahead of me. I'm looking forward to new topics and even more nice people.

Sometimes I'm in the warehouse on the shop floor, sometimes in the office. I've got to know everything from purchasing to despatch in the last three years of my apprenticeship. I can't say what I like best. I guess I just love the variety. I go to work in the morning with a smile on my face and it stays that way. My nice colleagues make sure of that. Simply a great atmosphere. That's why I'm happy to stay after my apprenticeship, the signs are good.

HAZET has been an integral part of my life since my apprenticeship 24 years ago. Here you can feel that you are working in a family business. I like the friendly atmosphere with my colleagues. We also get on well across departments and the management always has an "open ear" for any issues that arise.
Outside of work, we are also a great team, whether it's at running events or cycling races. This is also supported and encouraged by HAZET, which is not a matter of course! I also love HAZET's flexibility in different life circumstances, which personally helps me a lot in balancing my everyday family life. I can't imagine a better employer!

How time flies. I've been with HAZET for 20 years and I actually wanted to do something with wood... But things often turn out differently than you think. Back then, I'd never have dreamed that I'd be a master craftsman at the age of 25. But I was in the right place at the right time. With people who supported me and believed in me. Today, I'm the one who nudges my young colleagues in the right direction. And also a family man who appreciates the flexibility. HAZET is totally family-friendly.

I like the short routes. I can approach anyone. Management's door is also open. There's a lot of support and flexibility. I was able to shorten my training, complete my Bachelor Professional part-time and have a lot of variety in my job. Every day is different. We've got a great team that sticks through thick and thin. Many have been with us for a long time. A good sign for me. I don't want to leave here any time soon either.

A company that writes quality big. I thought that was important right from the start. At HAZET, I can produce tools that last a long time and are sustainable. That's why I decided to do the apprenticeship. I've now completed my apprenticeship and I'm attending evening school to complete my mechanical engineering technician qualification. HAZET made this possible for me. And adapted my working hours to suit. A personal touch. This is also how colleagues interact with each other. A real family business.

Manufacturing excellence

Our products are made in Germany with an in-house production share of more than 75%. We have modern, advanced production facilities in four plants in Germany with the latest technologies integrated into the production processes.
From the classic forge to ultra-modern CNC-controlled production units and so-called CoBots, i.e. collaborative robots.

Inspired by the constantly changing requirements of our customers, current trends and feedback from the market, we develop attractive new products, problem solvers and innovations every year, which are frequently greeted with enthusiasm among users. Our designers, engineers and product designers use their expertise to optimise each tool in terms of user-friendliness, functionality, materials and manufacturing techniques. It goes without saying that we comply with all the necessary industry standards and norms and often exceed them by setting our own quality standards for our products. The first prototypes are produced on the basis of the technically designed CAD drawings. State-of-the-art technologies such as rapid prototyping 3D printing are used here. Only when the prototype and the initial samples have passed our user tests and have been iterated several times do they go into series production. Our production facilities utilise state-of-the-art machinery and technologies as well as high-quality materials.

Starting with bayonet locks and the so-called "Lightning" pipe pliers and wrenches, our product range now includes over 6000 products, a wide range of wrenches and nut-drivers, high-precision torque wrenches, Hightech fine-tooth reversible ratchets through to tool trolley series and individual automotive specialty tools. HAZET has established itself over the years as an internationally recognised quality brand. Our "HAZET" brand was established at the beginning of the 20th century. In close collaboration with leading German car manufacturers, we continue to develop special tools for the automotive industry to this day. As a partner of Porsche Motorsport for over 25 years, we often receive exciting technical ideas that are used to develop great innovations and problem solvers.
