Information Density: Wiwynn Corporation – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
24 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
80% Reputation

Wiwynn maintains an exceptionally high substance-to-fluff ratio. While headings like ‘Create AI Beyond Limits’ utilize power words, they are immediately anchored by specific nouns and collaborative entities, such as the strategic collaboration with Shinwa Controls. The ESG page is a masterclass in density, citing exact water recycling figures (25.78 million liters) and R&D staff counts (1,908). Marketing abstractions are consistently replaced by hard data points, including a NT$6 billion R&D investment figure.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H3] Material Topics and Management
[H6] Wiwynn conducts an annual materiality analysis process, following the requirements of GRI 3: Material Topics 2021, covering impacts on the economy, environment, and people (including human rights). Through a three-phase identification and analysis process, Wiwynn identifies topics with significant impact on the economy, environment, and human rights, defining them as Wiwynn's material sustainability topics.
[H4] Phase Process

1. Identification of Organizational Context

2. Assessing Impact

3. Prioritization and Confirmation

[H6] ・Identified six key stakeholder categories and selected 22 sustainability topics. This phase aimed to identify Wiwynn’s key stakeholders and consolidate relevant sustainability issues. In accordance with the GRI Standards and AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), we identified six primary stakeholder groups: employees, customers, suppliers, government agencies, investors and financial institutions, and communities/non-profit/academic organizations. For sustainability topics, we focused on four dimensions: Economic/Governance, Innovation/Sustainable Value, Environment, and Social/Human Rights. These were determined through a comprehensive review of both internal and external perspectives, including international sustainability standards, industry-specific issues, ESG rating criteria, stakeholder communications, and internal business objectives—resulting in a refined set of 22 sustainability issues.

[H6] ・Online Survey & Adoption of Double Materiality AnalysisIn addition to conducting an online survey to gauge the level of concern among six key stakeholder groups, Wiwynn adopted the EU-endorsed Double Materiality concept. This approach evaluates the importance of sustainability topics from two perspectives: (1) Operational Impact—how each topic affects the company’s revenue, cost, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and social influence; and (2) Sustainability Impact—how the company’s operations positively or negatively impact the economy, environment, and people (including human rights). This dual-lens assessment enables the identification of issues with significant overall impact.

[H6] ・Identification and Confirmation of 13 Material TopicsBased on the analysis in Phase 2 and further discussions among senior executives and confirmation by the Board of Directors, 13 material topics were identified from the original 22 sustainability issues. We present these topics along the value chain to help stakeholders understand at which stages each issue exerts its impact. This also serves as a foundation for enhancing the company’s sustainability governance.

[H4] Matrix Results

● Economic / Governance ● Innovation / Sustainability Value ● Environment ● Social / Human Rights

Note: Bubble size represents the level of stakeholder concern

[H3] Stakeholder Engagement
[H6] Wiwynn identifies six major categories of stakeholders through the five principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES): dependency, responsibility, influence, diverse perspectives, and tension. We consider the issues and objectives of stakeholder engagement to understand the concerns and needs of various stakeholders. Through various appropriate channels, we effectively communicate with stakeholders and report the communication status and material topics to the Board of Directors annually. The most recent report to the Board was on February 26, 2024.
