Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

The information density is exceptionally high. While the homepage uses a few emotive phrases like [H2] Mechanical watches made with love, the sub-pages (Oskar, Josef, Felix) immediately pivot to granular technical data. Examples include ‘Tangential screw fine adjustment,’ ‘Anti-magnetic escapement with a Carl Haas hairspring,’ and exact component counts like ’80 service-relevant single components (~150 parts in total).’ This is the opposite of fluff; it is a technical data sheet for enthusiasts.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

Felix is the starter model by Habring² and fortunate because it celebrates the first anniversary of the Habring² brand. Although it shares the same base with its siblings, it differs through the omission of the Habring² module system. Whilst all other Habring² watches were and still are configurable and extendible at any time – including after their purchase – Felix does not share this characteristic. Its movement, the A11B (B for Basis), represents the simplest mechanical method of measuring time – albeit with the utmost precision. Felix – and its siblings – never need fear the chronometer certification. Felix concentrates on the essential. It forgoes the former and familiar extendible screwed case and is therefore leaner than its siblings. A diameter of 38.5 mm and a remarkable case height of only about 7 mm make it an exceptionally attractive contemporary. Its near ascetic appearance is underscored by a fine-grained or satinated silver-white dial.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Jewelry, Luxury & High-End Goods to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: timeless elegance, exquisite craftsmanship, luxury you deserve, the finest materials, designed for the discerning, a piece for every occasion…
Red Flags: diamond or gemstone claims without certification body, no hallmarking information, ethical sourcing claims without documentation, luxury pricing with no verifiable material quality, stock photography for bespoke claims, no physical showroom for high-value items…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage shows high-end pieces but pricing reveals costume jewellery, claims handcrafted but product descriptions suggest mass production, claims ethically sourced but no supply chain details, luxury positioning but products available on wholesale platforms…
Proof Expectations: gemstone certification details (GIA, AGS, HRD), hallmarking and assay information, specific metal purity and provenance, named craftspeople or atelier details, ethical sourcing certificates (Kimberley Process, RJC), insurance valuation and authentication services…
