Kramer Knives Inc. warrants the materials and ­craftsmanship of the knife to the original owner for so long as I’m personally making or overseeing the making of custom knives.Our warranty covers materials and craftsmanship under normal use and does not apply to misuse, intentional damages or any uses other than what is customary and reasonable for our knives. Our warranty is not ­transferable and cannot be assigned or given to anyone else. Our warranty is made only to the original owner. We may grant specific exceptions upon request and at our sole discretion, such as only if the new owner is a family member of the original ­owner. Our warranty is limited to the ­original purchase price paid by the original owner and only for actual ­direct damages (not for indirect, ­consequential, or other damages). Our warranty does not apply to speculators or any higher resale prices of our knives. No other warranties of any kind, including implied warranties, are provided for our ­knives.BOB KRAMERA.B.S. Any Product made by Kramer Knives has a 6-month warranty that covers materials and craftsmanship. Please provide the purchase date when inquiring about a warranty claim. All charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise, or otherwise provided by law. Our Product warranties only go to the original purchasers and not to any later owners of Products we sell.

Customers who have joined our email list will be notified of the date, time, and duration of each auctionOnce the auction is open, sign into our account at any time before it closes to place a bidOur software uses an automatic bidding format similar to eBayPLEASE NOTE- You agree and acknowledge that any bid placed is a binding legal contract. Credit card information must be valid and up to date before any bids are placed. Before each auction, we will run an automated credit card updater that notifies users of expired credit cards. Becoming an official Kramer Knives member allows you to participate in our Auctions. This is to ensure that those participating are committed and that it’s as fair as possible for all parties involved.Step 1: Get RegisteredTo participate, you must register to become a member.  You only have to register once.This is separate from subscribing to our email list.Step 2: Verify AccountMake sure you verify your account and email address to activate it. Learn how to verify your account.Step 3: “Purchase” a $1 membershipCheckout with a $1 membership through the store to gain access to our Auctions.* You will not be CHARGED for a membership.
