I cannot recommend Roberts Fine Jewellery enough. You are treated like an individual and each need is catered for, even ones you didn’t know you had! I required my engagement ring repaired and wanted to replace with a diamond. I advised my budget and Robert himself took the time to understand exactly what meant the most to me. Whilst he could have signed me up for the option that would’ve costed me thousands. He did not. He provided me the option of an exquisite, certified lab grow diamond that is truly stunning. This was the best option for me. A viewing was arranged and the turnaround time for the works to be conducted on my ring was impeccable. I have been extremely impressed by the knowledge and service received. I had an eclectic range of jewellery that I wanted some advice on. Robert was efficient and extremely honest with me. I had a number of watches that needed repairing and new batteries and one a new strap. The strap and batteries were fixed whilst I was in the shop. A number of rings were rhodium plated and cleaned and they look brand new! I have also had a couple of rings fixed with diamond replacements. RobertWith over twenty five years of experience in the jewellery trade, Robert specialises in jewellery repairs, restorations, bespoke handmade jewellery, and luxury watches. His passion for the craft of handmade jewellery drives him to source exquisite gemstones, creating unique pieces that are cherished for a lifetime.Robert has had the privilege of working alongside master craftsmen, classically trained in the art of jewellery making. Their extensive knowledge and expertise have provided him with the perfect foundation to design and create one-of-a-kind bespoke pieces. Supported by a skilled team of diamond mounters, setters, goldsmiths, and hand engravers, Robert brings beautiful creations to life.As a watch enthusiast, Robert has sourced the most prestigious and sought-after timepieces for his clients, including brands like Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Breitling, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe, among others.

NishNish has been a part of the jewellery industry, with his father being his mentor since a young age. Since then he has devoloped his skills and knowledge to become a very highly skilled jeweller with no limitations to what he can create.

LindaLinda is our sales supervisor who has qualified in her Jet-1 jewellery course, studied her gemology foundation and has an NVQ Level in customer service. Linda provides a knowledgable and friendly service.

SaraSara has a strong interest in fashion and is a connoisseur in designer jewellery pieces. Sara is always on hand to offer invaluable advice when selecting that special piece of jewellery.

NadyaNadya has completed the National Association of Jewellers Essentials course and also her Jet 1 jewellery course. This has developed her knowledge of jewellery and gemstones.

ElinElin has a passion for jewellery and all things creative. Elin loves to get involved in the design process for bespoke pieces creating hand-drawn designs and digital layouts.
