Information Density: UK Apostille Service (apostille.me.uk) – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

UK Apostille Service (apostille.me.uk)

Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
27 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
90% Reputation

The site exhibits extremely high information density, particularly on the /check/ and /help/ pages. Body text is filled with specific nouns and numbers, including a fixed price of £85, a physical address at Unit 4 Willow Business Park, and a precise weekly schedule (Tuesdays at 10am and Wednesdays at 3pm). Marketing fluff is virtually non-existent, replaced by technical instructions on document certification and FCDO protocols.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)

SUB-PAGE (https://apostille.me.uk/help/) About Our Service | apostille.me.uk
How much will it cost?

We charge £85 per document plus delivery. Please try out our very simple Order Now page to calculate your total order cost.
Why should I choose you?

With over a decade of experience providing apostille services, we're a next-day legalisation service provider officially approved by the FCDO.
What is a next-day legalisation service?

It means your documents will be legalised with an apostille the next working day after we deliver them to the FCDO legalisation office in the beautiful countryside near Milton Keynes.
Will I always get my documents the next day?

Sadly not. To ensure our service provides good value for money we schedule a single weekly trip to FCDO. Generally that means documents are ready on Wednesday afternoons.
Is it a next day guarantee?

We can't guarantee our service as it may be affected by a number of factors (e.g. traffic, weather, bank holidays, etc.) but we believe our offer provides good value in a timely manner.
What if I need the urgent or same day service?

Generally FCDO discourage this since they closed their dedicated same-day desk in 2023. Since every document requires justification for the urgent service, we regret we can't accept these orders.
Do you offer an electronic apostille service?

No we don't offer the e-Apostille. If you need this service we recommend you apply directly on the FCDO website.
Can you certify my documents?

Sorry, no. Your documents must already be certified when we receive them. We do not offer any document services other than FCDO apostille, scanning and delivery.

How do I prepare my documents?

Just make sure they're issued by a UK government body and signed by a public official, or that they're certified by a registered official - a UK solicitor or notary public.
How do I certify my documents?

Your best bet is to contact a local solicitor or notary public who will be able to help. FCDO will accept their certification if they:
have a valid practising certificate
sign the document in the UK
state the action they have taken, e.g. witnessed / certified a copy / confirmed as original
use their personal signature, not a company signature
include the date of certification
include their name and company address

What documents can be legalised?

Please use our helpful Document Check or refer to official FCDO guidance on what types of documents are accepted.
What if my original document is not accepted?

Some documents such as passports and driving licences are not eligible to receive an apostille. A local solicitor or notary public will be able to issue a certified copy to use instead.
Are my documents issued by a recognised body?

Please refer to the gov.uk guidance to check if your documents have been issued by a recognised or accredited body.
Is my document valid to use abroad or overseas?

If you need your document legalised for use in another country outside the UK you will need to check directly with the embassy or consulate of that country.
Why is extra information required by FCDO?

If your document has been signed by a medical practitioner, a Minister of Religion or an Authorised Person then FCDO may need to contact them to verify their signature. Failure to do so can delay your order.
Can my document be laminated?

FCDO will not accept laminated documents as it is not possible for them to affix the apostille certificate to the lamination material.

How do I place my order?

Simply complete the form on our user-friendly Order Now page.
Why can't I order more than 20 documents?

This is a payment processing restriction.
When will my order be ready?

The short answer is 2-5 working days.
The long answer is it depends on things outside our control, e.g.
time to deliver your documents to us
which option you've chosen to receive your legalised documents
whether there are any public holidays, etc.

Where do I send my documents?

Please make an order before delivering your documents to Unit 4, Willow Business Park, Willow Way, London SE26 4QP
Can I drop off my documents in person?

Yes, you can hand deliver your documents to the address above. We're available during normal business hours and we have a secure drop box you can use on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Do I have to pay for postage?

Yes, you will have to pay for postage. Please check with Royal Mail or your preferred courier for postage costs.

How long will my order take?

The short answer is 2-5 working days.
The long answer is it depends on things outside our control, e.g.
time to deliver your documents to us
which option you've chosen to receive your legalised documents
whether there are any public holidays, etc.

When will I get my scans?

Our documents go to FCDO at 10am on Tuesdays and return with apostilles at 3pm on Wednesdays each week. So you can usually expect your scan the next Wednesday after we receive your documents.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

No, if you require documents to be delivered overseas or outside of the United Kingdom, please do not use this website and instead contact info@comform.co.uk
Where can I collect my documents?

We will email you a scan of your documents to confirm when they are ready to collect from Unit 4, Willow Business Park, Willow Way, London SE26 4QP

What are the terms of service?

Please refer to our Legal & Terms for full details.

🧭 Industry Context — common generic-claim patterns in Legal Services & Law Firms to weigh the text against
Generic Claims: trusted legal advisors, fighting for your rights, experienced and dedicated lawyers, your legal partner, results-driven representation, justice you deserve…
Red Flags: no SRA or regulatory registration numbers, guaranteed case outcomes, no fee information or cost transparency, claims expertise in every area of law, lawyer profiles without admission details, testimonials making case outcome promises…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims full-service but only covers one practice area in depth, claims commercial expertise but team profiles show only personal injury, homepage positions as international but offices are single jurisdiction, claims leading firm but no directory rankings verifiable…
Proof Expectations: SRA or Bar registration numbers for all solicitors and barristers, specific practice area qualifications and case experience, Chambers or Legal 500 ranking verification, professional indemnity insurance confirmation, published fee structures or cost estimates, named case outcomes or track record evidence…
