The materials are yours to watch on rinse and repeat, so even if you can’t get to them straight away, you’ll still be able to dig in and reap the benefits when you’re ready. But once you know the techniques and have the basics in place, a couple of hours a month are all it will take to experience excellent results. (P.S.
