Information Density: Thrive Design – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
19 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
63% Reputation

Information density is relatively high due to the presence of 10+ named client entities (Duke’s Plumbing, Curta, Eradipest, NW Fluid) across the portfolio. However, fluff saturation in headings remains present with power words like ‘strategic’ in the H1 and ‘digital superstars’ in H2 blocks without immediate qualification. The body substance ratio is favorable, moving quickly from marketing jargon to process-specific descriptions like the 7-step design workflow.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

📝 The Narrative — clean text per page (the substance-vs-filler signal)

Why it works
[H2] Our Keys To Success
01
[H2] Communication
Direct, timely, and jargon-free communication is the foundation of Thrive. We value having a close relationship with our clients that allows for free-flowing communication.02
[H2] selective
While we know we can help most people, we focus only on projects we care about and know we can really knock out of the park. If we don't think we're the best fit for your project, we'll introduce you to someone we think could be.03
[H2] process
We've developed a process over the years that ensures each project is completed effectively to achieve its goals. You will always know where we are in the project and what our next steps are.04
[H2] expertise
Each team member is super experienced in what they do. They focus on what they're best at, which lets us knock it out of the park every time. There's no substitute for expert-level knowledge and skill.
[H2] Who we work with best
One of the reasons we're able to deliver such excellent results is that we make sure there's a good fit... on both sides. We work with businesses we know we can have a massive impact on (and we think we'd enjoy working with), while avoiding projects that we know we won't do much more than the average agency (or that wouldn't be a fun project for the team).
[H3] We are a good fit if you:
Provide a marketable service or product. Are open, coachable, and curious. Will follow our process. We swear it works!Know what success looks like for your project. Are a clear and timely communicator. Don't ? us. See this project as a key part of your business.
[H3] we won't be a match if you:
Have ? goals and a ? budget. Need an extra set of hands. Hire us for expertise.Don't involve key stakeholders in project talks.Hide behind an RFP. We require robust dialog. Need to use Squarespace, Wix, or similar.?us. For real. So rude.

Your brand matters
[H2] Does your brand represent the real you?
[H3] It's wayyy too easy for a good business to be let down by terrible branding. WE won't let that happen.
Let's talkWhen you talk about branding, most people immediately think about your logo. But your brand is a lot more than that. Your brand is who you are. It's what people think or say about you when you're not around. It's what you stand for. It's even how you make people feel.Get it right: you're memorable to the right people. They feel more comfortable with you, which makes them more likely to take action.Get it wrong: you're forgettable at best, put people off at worst. You end up fighting an uphill battle for results. You never get a second chance at a first impression, so let's make that impression count. How it works
[IMG: branding firm seattle strategy icon]
[H3] Strategy
Before we can do anything else, we need to understand who you are, who your targe audience is, what you stand for, why people should be working with you, and how you want to be seen in the industry. That lets us figure out what your brand actually is, which gives us what we need to start working on your brand identity.
[IMG: branding agency seattle identity icon]
[H3] Identity
With a clear plan in mind, we start working on some brand concepts. We identify color combinations that will pass on the right message to your target audience, fonts that convey the right emotions, and start working on some options for your logo.We then review the concepts together, do any refinement that might be necessary, and come up with a final choice for your identity that we can be confident will hit the target.
[IMG: branding company seattle execution icon]
[H3] Execution
With your brand and identity taken care of, we can prepare the final brand guide to tell you how to implement your brand. This gives you the rules on how to use and not use your logo, how the colours work together, what types of images you should use (and what to stay away from). It's your complete brand bible.Let's have a chatscroll to learn more
[H2] LEvel up your brand
Let's be real: it isn't hard to find a cheap logo that looks decent. Heck, there's even free logo generators out there that can sometimes make something that will look... okay. But remember, your brand isn't just your logo. And it's easy to make even a great logo look terrible, if you don't know how to use it.Having an experienced pro develop your brand means it's going to be way more likely to actually convey the message and feelings you want conveyed. It is way more likely to give the right impression, and actually stand out (in a good way). And it's way more likely to work and look good consistently.Do your business a favor and make sure you're representing your brand in its best possible light.Let's talk
[IMG: brand design agency team]
The basics
[H2] Our brand guides include
[H3] Color palette
There is a lot of science about colors and psychology, and we use that to help us develop your brand palette. Making sure your brand colors not only work together but also give off the right vibes is a key part of a good brand.
[H3] Fonts
Fonts often seem like they aren't all that important, but it makes a huge difference to the feelings your brand inspires. We match the characteristics of fonts with those of your brand for the ultimate result.
[H3] Logo
Often one of the biggest examples of your brand implementation, we develop a logo that works on a variety of different mediums, in a variety of different sizes, and (of course) helps your brand stand out.
[H3] Image usage
Your brand guide will include some ideas of the images that represent your brand, and what sort of styles they are and how to use them.
[H3] Mockups
To help visualise what's possible, our brand guides also include some example mockups of your brand being applied in the real world.
[H3] Dos and Don'ts
For each section of the brand guide, we includes "dos and don'ts" to make sure you don't apply your brand in ways that diminish its quality.scroll to learn more
[H2] Frequently asked Questions
We've been doing this a long time, and are used to the questions. Here are the most common questions we encounter when it comes to branding.

[H3] How much does branding cost?
Branding is an extremely broad term that can include your company name, tagline, logo, brand guide, brand voice, color palette, fonts, copywriting, photography, videography, sales & marketing collateral, and more.
There is no one size fits all but we promise once you get on the phone with us and we discover your goals we'll be able to provide a recommendation... including the investment needed.
Contact us to get started.

[H3] How long is the branding process?
The scope of branding can include forming your company name, tagline, logo, brand guide, brand voice, color palette, fonts, copywriting, photography, videography, sales & marketing collateral, and more.Depending on the work that needs to be done and the size of your company this can range from 6 weeks to a year. Quite the range!Let's first narrow down your scope and then we can talk timelines.Contact us to get started.

[H3] Will I own my branding assets?
Absolutely! We understand that owning your assets, even for a small business, is a critical part of solidifying a future online.Once we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:You own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you for this project. You also own text content, photographs and other data you provided unless someone else owns them. We’ll give you a copy of all original and vectored files and you should store them very safely as we are not required to keep them or provide any native source files we used to make them.

[H3] Can you work with my existing Marketing team?
We can extend your existing marketing firm with graphic design, copywriting, photography, and help from our SEO specialists to get you more traffic. However, there is a benefit in combining your internet marketing agency with your development company. We can provide that solution for you.Online marketing services require a different set of tactics than what some traditional marketing agencies are equipped to handle. We are happy to talk and work with your existing internet marketing agency.

[H3] Where is your team located?
All of Thrive's staff work remotely from their home-based offices, primarily between the USA, the UK, and Australia.Nick is our strategist. He lives in Sydney, Australia (and has a fabulous accent). Your digital presence matters
[H2] Is your website telling the right story?
[H3] The right website is an asset, helping position your business the way you want it positioned... and delivering consistent results.
Let's talkGetting your website right means figuring out how to say what you need it to say, in a way that resonates with visitors (and actually works). It isn't just about making it look nice. It's making it look right - for your target audience. It's making it do all the right things to convey the emotions and feelings you want to convey, to give the impression you want to give, and inspire people to take the action you want them to take. It's about making all those things intentional, rather than accidental.Crafting a web design for your website is science as much as art, and at Thrive we know how to balance the two to deliver supreme bang for your buck. We take your target audience, your business strengths and personality, and all the details that go into who you are, and then design and build amazing websites that help take your business to the next level. How it workskey to success
[H2] 7 step website design process
[H3] Strategy
It’s the strategies that make all the difference. Rather than just putting together pretty color combinations, we develop strategies to help achieve the business outcomes you really want to happen. We figure out who we need to speak to, what we're trying to say, and the best way to craft that message (aka what features the design needs to be effective).
[H3] concept
With a clear plan in mind, we start working on a concept that represents the design direction we want to take it in. We do not go away and come back months later with a complete website! We then run through the concept with you, explaining the decisions we've made along the way and why they will help us achieve your goals.
[H3] design
Once we're all happy with the concept, we then take that design direction and design the remainder of the site. That means all of the core layouts that we will need to build get designed as static images, and you get to look them over before we start work on turning it into a working website. This helps you visualise what your new website will look like, and we can make sure that what we're thinking is going to tick all the boxes.
[H3] development
Once the designs are signed off, we can get started on developing the website. This means we take the static designs that have been approved, and turn those images into code. Kind of like magic, except with a lot more coffee. We try to think ahead and focus on keeping our tech "stack" up to date, and so you can rest assured we are developing using current and future friendly technology.
[H3] content entry
With a fully developed site, we can now enter your site's content! Most clients take advantage of our professional copywriting service to make sure they launch their brand new website with content that won't let them down.At this stage, we will enter that content for you, and can also give you training so you can enter and update your own content.
[H3] pre-launch
With the site fully developed and all the content entered, we conduct some final pre-launch steps to make sure we're ready to go live. This includes a final round of quality assurance and testing.
[H3] Launch
Our final step is launching your amazing new site. With our launch process, our clients rarely have any downtime whatsoever. We let you know when it's all live and running, so you can share the awesome new website with your team, clients, family, the dog, and anyone else that you encounter.Let's have a chatscroll to learn morecore features

[H2] Frequently asked Questions
We've been doing this a long time, and are used to the questions. Here are the most common questions we encounter when it comes to websites.

[H3] will you be there for me after my website goes live?
Yes! In fact, we are only looking for long term relationships. After your website is created our team is available to you for WordPress support and your website will be put on our website care plan. We are also a top Seattle Search Engine Optimization provider if you are looking to get more traffic and leads to your brand new website. We can be as involved or in the background as you need.

[H3] How much will it cost to design a new website?
Building a website is like constructing a house. The cost can vary greatly depending on the size, complexity, materials, and features you desire. Just as you can build a simple, affordable starter home or a luxurious, custom-designed mansion, a website's cost can range from a basic, budget-friendly option to a high-end, bespoke solution. The final price will depend on your specific requirements, design preferences, and the many add-ons that we offer (branding, photography, copywriting). We fix bid our projects after collaboratively scoping out the project with you. Please visit our pricing guide for more information.

[H3] How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline for building a website can vary based on the project's complexity and specific requirements. On average, our projects take between 8 to 12 weeks to complete. This timeframe allows us to carefully plan, design, develop, and test your website to ensure that it meets your expectations and aligns with your goals.Throughout the project, we update you on our progress every week. Rest assured we are committed to delivering a high-quality website that meets your needs in a timely manner. When you receive a project quote from us, we will always include a time estimate along with the anticipated price.

[H3] What is your web design process?
Knowing what we are going to do (and in what order) before we do it is critical to your success. Take a look at our 10 step process (video) to get a deeper understanding of our process.Lack of transparency around the process of building a website is a hallmark of an unorganized agency. Our goal is to have the best design and development process of any Seattle web design agency. In fact, we have created a nine-step blueprint that outlines our process from start to finish.Visit our blog for the latest on our process, web design tips, and get educated on the latest from the web design industry!

[H3] Why can’t I keep my website and just change the design?
There are some instances where you can. However, many times we find one of two reasons why our clients needs to redo their website every 5-6 years.Technology continues to change over time, and usually that means that the way older websites were built is usually not going to be the "best" way to build a website today. More often than not, people coming to us for a new site have websites with serious fundamental flaws at their core. We refuse to start work on a flawed base as it will lead to a flawed end result, and that sacrifices on our professional integrity. The way your website is built adds constraints and limitations on what is possible. By starting from scratch we can design what we know is going to work, confident that we can build anything we need, rather than limiting the design to something we know will work with your existing technology but may not deliver the outcomes we need it to. We won't do that. But this doesn't mean your existing website is automatically bad or wrong. One of the first things we do with a potential client is assess whether they even need a new website. Sometimes, your current website is totally fine and just needs some updated content, or potentially some more marketing efforts. If that's the case, we let you know (in fact, we only end up working with about 10% of businesses that contact us).Ultimately, our role is to guide our clients to the right solution for them, whether that solution includes Thrive or not.

[H3] Will my website be found on Google?
We have a marketing department dedicated to your SEO, SEM, and social media marketing needs. We work together with our SEO experts to ensure that the back end of your website is set up with SEO best practices in mind. Our SEO team is integrated into the web design process to ensure that your website is set up to capture traffic from start to finish. We provide keyword research to get your title tags, meta descriptions, and headings visible to Google. Once your site is built, you can hire us for a monthly SEO retainer so that your website gets maximum exposure on Google. To learn more about how online marketing fits within the grand scheme of things, please watch this video.

[H3] Who will provide the content for my website?
Our web design services require you to provide the content for all the pages that we create for you. We do offer copywriting services for an additional fee that you can use to create your content. Our copywriters work closely with our designers and SEO experts to ensure that your content matches the look and feel of your website and is designed to attract traffic and convert customers.

[H3] what technologies do you work with?
We exclusively create WordPress websites because we feel it’s the best platform for the majority of small- to medium-sized businesses.Considering 43% of the web uses WordPress, meaning there are a lot of people out there who can help.It is continually being updated and supported, so you are less likely to stuck with outdated or unsupported systems.Extending functionality often doesn't require extensive custom development; there are many plugins that do the heavy lifting. This can cut development costs significantly compared with custom development. It is easier to find team members and/or developers, who have experience working with this technology. This includes us as a web agency, but also you as a client. Don't get tied to an agency because the website they build you is on a niche system that is hard to find help for - so you HAVE to rely on them, even if the relationship breaks down later.Ultimately, that's why we chose the technology to focus on: we know it really well, the interface is relatively easy to pick up for users, it's widely supported, and it offers a lot of flexibility both short and long term.

[H3] How much input will I have throughout the process?
We have designed our process to ensure that your voice is heard throughout. We start with a questionnaire and an in-depth meeting where we ask all kinds of questions to learn more about your business and goals, who your audience is, what you’re happy with and what you think could be improved, and what role you want your website to play in your marketing.Once you become a client, there is a weekly touchpoint during your project and you'll review designs directly with our head designer. We have no junior staff: our team is not learning on the job.We want you to be 300% happy with your project and have developed a process that minimizes your risks of getting something you don't want.To learn more about the individual steps in the web design and development process take a peek behind the curtain at our website design process or watch our process explainer video.

[H3] Where are your designers located?
All of Thrive's staff work remotely from their home-based offices, and are based either in the USA or Australia (the accents are so cool). All of our strategy and design sessions are via web conferencing software and screen sharing. Our CEO Noah can meet in person anywhere in Seattle.
