Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

The site displays exceptionally high information density with H3 and H5 headings dominated by specific nouns (book titles like Liberty and Kisses for Jet) rather than fluff. Body text includes technical specifications such as ISBN 9781913123055, page counts (144pp), and exact pricing (£16.99). However, a small penalty is applied for stale content; the blog highlights entries from ‘3 years ago’ and ‘4 years ago’ (calculated against the 2026 anchor), suggesting a lack of recent digital activity despite the ‘NEW RELEASES’ claim.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

Nobrow is a small publisher headquartered in London, UK. Together with our children’s book imprint Flying Eye Books and our new literary list; Imprint 27, we publish around 35 new titles per year.
Nobrow burst into existence in late 2008 as the joint creative endeavour of two friends and ex-Central St Martin’s alumni: Sam Arthur and Alex Spiro. Since its inception Nobrow Ltd. has sought to make great design, ground-breaking art and narrative, luscious production values and environmental consciousness central to its mission. We have striven both to bring fresh, young talent to wider audiences, as well as to remind the world of the great talents that have been producing stunning work for many years. We have sought to bring new stories to life, as well as to revive well-worn yarns for new generations. We have played with concepts, narratives, genres, formats, printing methods, production processes and design in ways that have come to redefine the standards of quality in visual publishing the world over. We have also, thankfully, picked up some awards and accolades along the way.
Most of all, since we started, we have been privileged enough to work with some of the best international artists, storytellers, and designers, and for that we are most grateful! We have also benefitted from having the world’s best fans, followers and adherents and to them we pledge to never disappoint, and to keep delivering the very best in visual publishing, in whatever format, in whichever medium and to whichever point on the globe.
What was then the vision of two has since grown into a team of more than 14 amazing people who work tirelessly to bring you the best and most beautiful books and products you can fathom. We speak with boldness because we are proud: of our team, our collaborators and our fans. Welcome to Nobrow, enjoy the ride!

Description

Additional information

A graphic history of how America’s most iconic symbol came to be.
The most iconic statue of its kind on the planet. Many know it was a gift from the people of France to the people of America. However, the incredible story of how this monument very nearly didn’t happen is not widely known. French sculptor, Frédéric-Auguste Bartholdi became the driving force for one of the most ambitious international construction projects of its time. For Bartholdi completing the statue for the centenary celebration of the Declaration of American Independence became his life’s work, but its construction would lead to a thrilling race against the hands of time.
