Taylor Frankie Paul is going after her two biggest enemies online right now: Dakota Mortensen and Mikayla Matthews.
On Thursday, the 31-year-old reality star took to Instagram to post a picture of her crying and a lengthy statement to open up about her tumultuous relationship with Dakota following their domestic violence scandal. Although she never mentions him by name, it is clearly about him. Taylor starts by saying she recognizes she’s not “fully innocent” after their legal troubles:
“It’s so sad because nobody wants to be like this. I hate that I am no longer myself. I hate that I stayed for so long. I blame nobody more than my own damn self, because how did I allow this for my kids and myself for so long? I’m sorry to THEM. I don’t need to log off and remain silent. I’ve already admitted in court I’m fully NOT INNOCENT, I know that. None of it is okay, period.”

That said, Taylor explained she has been “in survival mode” over the past few years but couldn’t ever ask for help out of fear she would get in trouble since she is on probation following her 2023 domestic violence arrest:
“I’ve been in survival mode for years with miscarriages, pregnancy, postpartum, and horrible betrayal with so many lies told, which added to the trauma on my body physically, hormonally, mentally, and emotionally. Those layers also matter. To make it more difficult, I was scared to call for help or tell anyone because I was being reminded I would be the one in trouble given I’m the one on probation already. Imagine being pregnant & postpartum healing internally and too scared to ask for help or at the very least speak about it and he knew he had that advantage, which gave him MORE access to do whatever, knowing I’d remain silent.”
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star expressed she felt “insane” for a long time because Dakota allegedly gaslit and twisted everything that happened in their relationship:
“What people aren’t understanding is you don’t even realize you’re in it and what’s happening psychologically for a long time. You solely believe you’re the only insane one because they twist everything that you eventually feel insane. Then to find out you weren’t insane, in fact, I was right about it all, which is gut-wrenching to learn. Was always projection. It’s a human response to eventually snap and then getting stuck in the cycle because they console you, saying, ‘It’s okay you’re acting out, I’m still here for you and love you still,’ which then you’re feeling bad as they are aware they are gaslighting you. Even after learning a lot of that, you STILL want to be held by that same person. It’s twisted, I know.”

As for why she didn’t “leave sooner?” She told followers to “look at how it ended for me when I finally did,” claiming:
“I was love bombed then manipulated, threatened, physically hurt, cops called on me, publicly humiliated, lost most friends because he got to them, CPS called, and now in court all because I said no more and he knew I meant it this time.”
As you know, the pair requested temporary restraining orders against each other after a domestic dispute in February, which led to the halt of Mormon Wives production and the eventual cancellation of her Bachelorette season. Prosecutors declined to press charges against Taylor, and a judge granted them mutual protective orders.

However, they are currently in the middle of a custody battle over their 2-year-old son, Ever. Dakota has temporary custody of him, while Taylor only has supervised visitation. They’re headed back to court over the matter in June, but who knows if they’ll figure out an arrangement by then! She still seems pretty upset over how everything has transpired:
“The difference between us, my love was real for him without gaining anything, and people know that. Not sure it was the same in return. I cried the whole way home after court, allowing the pain through. I wish he had been the person he pretended to be. I experienced enough, I saw too much. The mask fell off, and not only with me. We’re both in the wrong. What I can say is I didn’t want to ruin his life, call cops on him, take his child away, or claim complete innocence … that’s the difference between us.”
Taylor didn’t just take aim at Dakota, though! She also had more to say about her new nemesis, Mikayla, who publicly revealed she distanced herself from the MomTok queen bee! Taylor concluded:
“And then we have friends like Mikayla that come at me during all this, and now she wants me to apologize? Absolutely not. She can go kick rocks instead of kicking me right now.”
Look, regardless of whether you agree or not, it is obvious Mikayla hurt Taylor with her initial statement during this difficult time. But the former Bachelorette also didn’t help matters by grossly weaponizing her co-star’s childhood sexual abuse trauma. That wasn’t OK. Mikayla does deserve an apology, too. Just saying!

We wish everyone involved peace and hope these two former pals can work things out. Hopefully, Taylor and Dakota can also one day have an amicable co-parenting relationship for the sake of their son. But clearly, a lot of healing needs to take place first. Read Taylor’s entire post (below):

Eminem‘s ex-wife Kim Scott is facing even more legal trouble following a DUI arrest.
In case you didn’t hear, earlier this year in February, Kim was arrested for impaired driving for allegedly crashing into a parked car. Her son, Parker, and his friends were in the vehicle at the time. It’s claimed she didn’t stop driving after the collision, and instead she reportedly went back home and crashed into the garage door of her place.
Bodycam footage from the time showed Kim taking a breathalyzer test, as well as police finding bottles of soda with alleged alcohol spikes in them. She was arrested then, and on Monday she pled no contest in court. But now she’s got ANOTHER arrest under her belt…

Kim was reportedly booked into Macomb County Jail in Mount St. Clemens, Michigan for a suspected DUI. The Chesterfield Township Police Department‘s Detective Sergeant Joseph Feld told the outlet that Hailie Jade‘s mom hit a car near Detroit on Wednesday night.
No injuries were reported in the incident, and police say they didn’t know where Kim was traveling to or from. Since her booking, she has been released from jail.

More sad details are coming out about Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt‘s split.
As you know, the 32-year-old comedian and 30-year-old model broke up only five months after welcoming their daughter, Scottie. According to RadarOnline, the split shocked Pete’s friend. They thought becoming a father and dating Elsie had finally brought him peace after years of rocky moments in his life. However, they thought wrong. The struggles of new parenthood apparently brought a lot of unresolved trauma from his dad Scott Davidson‘s death in 9/11 to the surface. One insider close to the Saturday Night Live alum explained:
“Losing his father in the 9/11 attacks shaped Pete’s entire emotional world from such a young age, and the people closest to him believe he has never fully recovered from that trauma. There has always been this deep fear inside him that the people he loves are eventually going to disappear, so when relationships start becoming serious, stable and genuinely long-term, it can trigger a huge amount of anxiety for him emotionally.”

2,996 people were murdered in the 9/11 attacks on America, and the number of lives that remain wrecked from the fallout is one so large we’ll never know. Pete, unfortunately, is one of them.
What makes it even more heartbreaking is that Pete genuinely wanted to be a father. That was never the issue. The source expressed:
“Pete talks constantly about wanting the kind of close, loving family unit he missed out on growing up after his dad died, and becoming a father was something he genuinely embraced.”
The second he gets close to someone, though, his self-sabotaging habits tend to come out:
“But at the same time, there’s a self-destructive side to him that struggles to trust happiness or stability when he finally has it. The closer he gets to building a permanent future with somebody, the more those abandonment issues seem to surface, and that can make him pull away or emotionally shut down without even fully realizing he’s doing it.”
Another insider fully agrees, saying he retreats emotionally out of fear of being hurt and abandoned ever since the death of his own dad:
“Pete has a pattern where the moment a relationship stops feeling exciting and starts becoming something real and lasting, he almost instinctively begins retreating emotionally because he’s terrified of being abandoned or devastated again. The closer somebody gets to him, the more vulnerable he feels, and instead of sitting comfortably in that stability, he often starts sabotaging things before the other person has a chance to hurt him first.”
Friends have seen him in this unhealthy pattern, too. The source continued:
“He loves intensely and moves very fast emotionally, which is why his relationships become so serious so quickly, but sustaining that level of intimacy is where things become difficult for him. Friends have watched him build these incredibly passionate connections and then suddenly become overwhelmed by his own insecurities and fears about commitment. A lot of people around him believe the trauma of losing his father so young left him constantly expecting happiness to disappear, so when life actually starts looking settled and secure, it can almost make him panic.”
For Elsie, the situation became too much.

A different source explained that the Industry actress was growing increasingly exhausted trying to juggle being a first-time mom and needed Pete, but he was nowhere to be found since he pulled away and focused on work:
“Elsie was going through the exhausting emotional and physical reality of being a first-time mother, and there were moments when she really needed Pete present at home for reassurance, stability and hands-on support. Pete absolutely adores Elsie and worships his daughter, but one of the ways he copes with emotional pressure is by burying himself in work and constantly staying busy whenever life starts feeling too intense or emotionally complicated. As the pressure of parenthood grew, he kept throwing himself into stand-up shows, appearances and traveling commitments, partly because providing financially is important to him, but also because work has always been his escape mechanism.”
Although Elsie understands why Pete was away working so much, the distance and lack of support ultimately caused their relationship to collapse:
“Over time, that left Elsie feeling increasingly isolated with the realities of daily motherhood while Pete was constantly moving from one obligation to the next. She understood why he worked so much, but emotionally it still created distance between them at a time when she needed partnership the most.”
Parenting is not easy. It can take a lot out on a person, especially while going through relationship issues with your partner. We really feel for Elsie!
As we said, Pete’s inner circle was surprised by the breakup because they thought he had found the “grounded life” he always desired! Another source shared:
“A lot of Pete’s friends feel like they’ve seen this same emotional cycle play out repeatedly throughout his adult life. He genuinely craves love, stability, and the idea of building a close family unit because those are things he’s always felt were missing after losing his father so young. Becoming a dad meant the world to him, and for a while, people really believed he had found the grounded life he’d always been searching for.”
They continued:
“But there’s also a deeply ingrained part of Pete that almost struggles to trust calmness or emotional security when he finally has it. Chaos, instability, and emotional turbulence are what he became accustomed to growing up, so healthy relationships can sometimes feel unfamiliar or even unsettling to him. The people closest to him think he often mistakes emotional intensity for connection, and once things settle into normal domestic life, his fears and insecurities start creeping back in and pushing him to pull away.”
All this is really sad to hear. Pete has been working so hard on himself for a while, and it breaks our hearts that he is still struggling through the same cycle. That being said, there’s nothing like the force of new parenthood to jolt anyone out of their healing journey. Hopefully the pair can figure things out, even if just as co-parents, for the sake of their daughter.

As we previously reported, The US Sun got word that Pete and his baby momma pulled the plug on their romance. The source alleged that their problems stemmed from Pete being on the road a lot. They said on Thursday:
“Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born.”
The couple welcomed their first child, Scottie Rose, just five months ago. So it’s no doubt been a big shift! And that’s allegedly what caused Elsie to feel unsupported. In fact, new info revealed Pete wasn’t around for Elsie’s first Mother’s Day because of work. He was busy filming The Roast of Kevin Hart — which left her feeling super neglected.
Reports state she stayed alone in their Brooklyn home and didn’t post a thing about the holiday or Pete. Ugh.

On Thursday, following the split reports breaking out online, Elsie did share some Instagram posts, though. And she expressed in the Stories she feels overwhelmed. In the first selfie, she wrote:
“When you finally get screaming baby down for a nap and you exhale and sit with yourself for a sec and realize you haven’t breathed for an hour or peed all day. The silence is deafening.”
In a second post, she called herself “a zombie” — and she looked so tired. See for yourself (below):

If she IS going through a breakup while taking care of a 5-month-old, it’s understandable why she feels like “a zombie”. We mean, even if she wasn’t going through a breakup, new parenting is def tiring! So we get it!  So far, no word from Pete or what’s happening on his end.
