Whether you choose a tenant find only, rent collection or full property management, you can rest assured that our service will always be at the highest level.We have three different types of packages that we are able to offer our landlords. Some of the services within the required package are available subject to status and additional charges*. Our fees are listed below but please feel free to contact us to discuss any of our packages in more detail.

12% including VAT of the annual rent (Full Fee Paid On Move In) E.G if the rental amount was £1000.00 per month the annual rent would be £12,000 you will pay a fee of £1440.00 including VAT. By Co-Directors James Reyland & Ben Johnson, who have been recognised names within the local property industry since 2001, they felt it was a natural progression in their careers to join forces, to offer clients a traditional service in estate agency and lettings but with a fresh modern approach.

After only one year of opening our office in Harlow, Reyland Johnson became the highest selling agent in the town, which has continued every year since. The fast growing property management department look after more than 300 properties, which increases every month too. With the business going from strength to strength we have been nominated and won multiple ESTAS awards for both our sales & lettings departments on many occasions.Our company aim is simply to provide the highest level of customer care and to exceed all our client’s expectations, in return for what we feel is the most important factor of our business, which is a recommendation. We work hard to deliver an individual service to each client so as you truly feel looked after and not just another number on the corporate pile.
