No sale will be agreed by us until the buyer provides all the required information. Upon offering on the property, we find out if they can financially afford it and always ask for their agreement, in principle, from their mortgage advisor.

Wow. What can I say? After being let down by another estate agent and moving to Simply Green after several months of nothing, I was not prepared for how smooth and quick everything would go. I suffer with ASD so the whole experience from the very start was borderline traumatic at times and after moving to Simply Green, I was made to feel so much at ease I honestly cannot thank or recommend the team enough.

Initially I dealt with Dominic who helped explained the selling process. He was very friendly and really helpful at answering any questions I had. I then mainly dealt with Dave who was absolutely amazing at chasing incompetent solicitors and going above and beyond whilst keeping me constantly updated with any news. Could not thank Dave enough for his help!
