Humbercrest United Church
(https://humbercrest.ca) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 30, 2026Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
The site demonstrates an unusually high ratio of substance to fluff for the religious sector. While H4 headings like ‘A welcoming and inclusive church’ contain some industry cliches, the body text provides dense, specific data such as room square footage (3,283 sq. ft.), specific pricing for classes ($60 for 10 sessions), and exact dates for upcoming events (May 31st). There is very little ‘power word’ saturation; instead, the text focuses on naming specific personnel like Rev. Diane Mugambi and external instructors like Deirdre MacCuish Bark. The reliance on concrete nouns and numbers significantly offsets the generic nature of its ‘journey of faith’ messaging.
Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.
