Semantic Coherence: Reform Judaism (Union for Reform Judaism) – Signal Evidence & AI Readability

Semantic Coherence — The Lens

Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.

Semantic Coherence Homepage promise vs. Sub-page reality.
20 Impact Weight: 20 / 100
100% Reputation

There is virtually zero semantic drift across the analyzed pages. The homepage H1, ‘Registration Now Open for URJ Biennial 2026!’, is immediately supported by specific dates and locations, and the sub-pages deliver exactly what is promised in the navigation: deep-dive education (Shavuot), specific advocacy programs (LGBTQ+ Inclusion), and authored commentary (Blog). The transition from the high-level ‘Explore Jewish Life’ signal to specific ‘REDI Workshops’ or ‘Shavuot Social Action Guides’ is logically consistent and academically rigorous.

Semantic Coherence is read from the heading hierarchy first: what each page announces in its H1 and headings, then whether the body actually delivers on it. Below is the structure the engine mapped, followed by the clean text to check for drift between promise and reality.

🏗️ Semantic Structure — heading hierarchy & page identity (the promise the page makes)

Celebrate Shavuot, May 21-22
Shavuot celebrates the giving of the Ten Commandments to Moses and the Israelites at Mount Sinai. Shavuot is one of the few holidays whose Torah reading focuses on the story of Jewish women; on Shavuot, we read the Book of Ruth.

The festival of Shavuot celebrates the giving of the Torah TorahתּוֹרָהLiterally “instruction” or “teaching.” The first five books of the Hebrew Bible (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy); the handwritten scroll that contains the first five books of the Hebrew Bible. Also called the Pentateuch and The Five Books of Moses. “Torah” is also used to refer to the entire body of Jewish religious teachings and insight.
at Mount Sinai and encourages us to embrace the Torah’s teachings and be inspired by the wisdom Jewish tradition has to offer.Shavuot is the Hebrew word for “weeks,” and the holiday occurs seven weeks after Passover. Shavuot, like many other Jewish holidays, began as an ancient agricultural festival that marked the end of the spring barley harvest and the beginning of the summer wheat harvest. In ancient times, Shavuot was a pilgrimage festival during which Israelites brought crop offerings to the Temple in Jerusalem. Today, it is a celebration of Torah, education, and the choice to participate actively in Jewish life.
