Affordable price and prompt service will use again

Had my back patio replaced with a french door. The french door came with Ultion locks which was a big bonus. Overall, very happy with the quality of the door, the price paid and service provided from Glenn who did the fitment and came back again to readjust the hinges. Highly recommend SheffLock. Do you do driveway gates as well ?

Great service from Mark speedy arrival got the job done great company

They came today and fitted our window locks from the Facebook giveaway and did a fantastic job.
He came and was friendly, fast and efficient. The locks are great and give that extra security on the back of the house.
We have used Shefflock for all our security locks and glass in the house and will continue to use them and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Blakey came out and fitted our free window locks that was under the offer on Facebook. We also had an extra 2 pairs of locks fitted on our other window. He was really friendly & helpful. He arrived slightly earlier than the slotted time which didn’t bother us in the slightest. He removed all rubbish & cleaned up any bits that dropped onto the floor.
Would highly recommend Shefflock for all services. We’ve previously had our locks upgraded by them also.

Booked Shefflock to replace our really old wooden back door. They did a great job—especially considering our house is on a bit of a slope, so the door frame had to be fitted at an angle. Would recommend. They arrived on time as scheduled and tidied up after completing the job.

Initially had a poor review however Chris contacted me directly within the hour of posting, offering to fix the issue. They were very quick to arrange an appointment and flexible to fit in with us. The issue was fixed very quickly and also had a follow up from Chris to ensure everything was sorted. Customer service is excellent. Thank you Chris for restoring our faith in your company.

Before and after..
Our hallway door was blocking a lot of light in the hallway, there was nothing wrong with the door, so I contacted sheff lock to see if changing the panels and frosted glass was an option. They came and measured up straight away, really professional and friendly. A quote was emailed back to my the next day, very reasonably priced and the best quote I recieved. The glass was ordered and work booked in for a week later. Joe came today to fit the glass and wow what a difference. Looks like a brand new door, I can't believe the difference and how much light is now coming into our hallway. Joe turned up on time, was very professional, friendly and tidy. Can't recommend this company and Joe enough. Changing the glass has saved me having to spend over £1000 on a new door. Thank you so much

I needed a spare car key, contacted Shefflock Auto Division at12.30 and was all sorted before 4.00pm. Glenn was very knowledgeable and polite. Even received a courtesy call to say he was on his way. Also very satisfied with the price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5 stars all the way!

SheffLOCK are fantastic! Right from the initial enquiry to the installation of the door they have been a brilliant company to work with. Glenn who did our survey was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He talked us through all our options from door colours to handle and lock choices.

The company's communication is really good, and the job Glenn did on installing the door is outstanding. The turnaround time was brilliant as well, and we're so happy to have it in before Christmas. Amazing service from start to finish both with Glenn taking measurements initially offering some advice, Debi sorting quotes and dealing with questions we had. Efficient service and well communicated. We had windows taking out, some building work done and then a garage door removed bricked up and then a new window fitted. When the following words with capital letters are used in these terms and conditions, this is what they will mean:
Contract: means these Terms together with the Job Sheet/Invoice.
Initial Price: means the cost specified in the Job Sheet/Invoice agreement via any form of contact for the provision of Services.
Job Sheet/Invoice: means the information that We give to You on the telephone and/or in writing setting out the details of the Services We will provide and the Initial Price payable.
Services: means the locksmith services We will provide to You as set out in the Job Sheet/Invoice which may include but not be limited to any or all of the following:
Making properties safe and secure;
Planned and responsive lock changes;
Picking and replacing locks;
General upgrading.
Terms: means the terms and conditions set out in this document.
We/Our/Us: means SheffLOCK Ltd or any of our franchises, partners.
You/Your: means you the customer.
[H3] 2. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY
These Terms form an important part of the Contract and govern the way We will perform the Services for You.
If You do not understand something within these Terms You should consider asking a solicitor to advise You.
Alternatively, You could ask Your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Your local authority’s trading standards department for advice. Before calling, please read our terms and conditions and pricing policy. Please note you agree to these when booking us via any form of communication.
[H3] 3. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
If You are an individual contracting for Your own private, non-business needs, You have certain legal rights and remedies as a consumer, and nothing in these conditions affects Your legal rights. If You want to know more about Your legal rights as a consumer, contact Your local authority’s trading standards department or the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
[H3] 4. OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU
If You agree to the scope and cost of the Services to be provided by Us (as specified in the Job Sheet/Invoice) over the telephone, a contract will come into existence at this point between You and Us.
If You agree to the scope and cost of the Services to be provided by Us following an assessment of the required works by Our locksmith and sign a copy of the [Quotation/Job Sheet] to that effect, then a contract will come into existence at this point between You and Us.
Your right to cancel the Contract is set out in section 10.
Our right to cancel the Contract is set out in section 11.
If Our Job Sheet/Invoice includes any other terms called “additional terms and conditions,” they will form part of these Terms. If they are different from these Terms, the additional terms and conditions shall be taken into account first.
[H3] 5. THE SERVICES WE AGREE TO PERFORM FOR YOU
The specific detail of the Services that We agree to perform for You will be set out in the Job Sheet/Invoice.
We will agree with You an appropriate time when We will endeavour to attend the relevant premises in order to perform the Services.
The Services are offered by Us on the basis that they will be provided as efficiently as reasonably possible, taking into account prevailing workloads, availability of personnel, weather, transport conditions, and the availability of parts and any other conditions upon which We are dependent but which fall outside Our direct control.
Our agreement to perform the Services does not mean that We guarantee that We will be able to repair or replace Your lock.
It is important that You understand what is included within the Services and what is excluded from the Services. You are advised to read the Job Sheet/Invoice carefully which explains this.
If We cannot attend a job due to an emergency or issue, then we may outsource work to businesses in the area. If an issue arises with that locksmith or the work carried out along with charges, then You must deal directly with them. You agree to this when booking in any work. These companies may have call-out fees, different hourly rates, or call-out charges.
[H3] 6. PRICE AND PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES
The Initial Price You owe Us for the Services is set out in the Job Sheet/Invoice (or in any amendment to the Contract We provide to You).
The price includes VAT. If the rate of VAT increases or decreases We will alter the price to match the new VAT rate.
Unless otherwise agreed with Us (and noted on the Job Sheet/Invoice accordingly), You agree to pay Us the Initial Price together with any additional costs (as referred to in section 7 below) immediately upon completion of the Services and You shall ensure that payment is made available to Us without unreasonable delay. Bank payments are due within 14 hours of the invoice date.
If You fail to pay Us as required in accordance with section 6.3 above and We do not subsequently receive full payment from You within 14 hours of the word completed the payment is due, You will be charged a late fee. Late fee is charged at £25 per day for ALL late bank invoices.
We reserve the right (at our absolute discretion) to require advance payments, stage payments, or deposits before or during the provision of the Services. We shall specify any advanced payment or other specific payment requirements to You before commencing the Services.
Payments may be made by cash, debit, or credit card and the means of payment should be agreed in advance of the Services being provided.
We may allow account facilities to be established for certain customers. Any such arrangements must be agreed in advance and confirmed by Us in writing. Payment terms for approved account customers are strictly thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, and any queries in relation to an invoice must be notified in writing to Our accounts office within seven (7) days of the customer receiving the invoice.
Until all goods are paid for in full, we retain ownership of the goods on Your property. If deemed necessary, we may charge You a hire fee of up to £25 per day for the use of the items and additional charges for the removal of these items.
[H3] 7. ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT WE CAN CHARGE FOR
The costs set out in this section 7 are in addition to the Initial Price You pay Us for the Services.
Our locksmith will inform You of any additional costs required to complete the Services during the appointment. These may include replacement parts or additional labour time unforeseen before the assessment. If You do not wish to pay, You may cancel the contract before work commences.
If You provide incomplete or incorrect information, or fail to provide requested information, We may charge a reasonable sum for any additional work required to provide the Services.
[H3] 8. REASONS WHY WE WILL NOT PERFORM THE SERVICES
We are unable to repair or replace Your lock as the necessary spare or replacement parts or locks are no longer available.
You do not pay for all or any part of the Services as We have agreed and/or You do not provide sufficient evidence of Your ability to pay for the Services as may reasonably be requested by Us.
You do not provide Us with any necessary information that We have requested from You or the information You do provide is incomplete, incorrect, or generally regarded by Us to be insufficient. In particular, if You have failed to provide proof of identification and ownership of the property (or in circumstances where You are a tenant or licensee, satisfactory evidence of the landlord or licensor’s consent to the Services being delivered by Us).
You do not give Us access to Your property at the time that You agreed with Us.
