We strive to provide our customers with the high quality service and products that they deserve.We operate a fleet of trucks, as well as a full service outside sales staff in a 5 state region (Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin). We sell not only to the end users, but we have programs for re-sellers and re-distributors. So please feel free to

[H3] OUR TRUCKS

United Packaging Products operates a fleet of straight trucks throughout the Midwest. The United trucks are driven by our well experienced drivers who provide the service of unloading your order. Our trucks will deliver your products right to your dock, and if you do not havea dock our trucks are equipped lift gates, so we can conveniently get your order inside your facility. The routes cover Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Please contact us for details including our route schedules.

[H3] OPEN WAREHOUSE

United Packaging Products, Inc. operates a open warehouse policy as another service to properly accommodate our customers. Visit our main warehouse at 854 Fairway Drive, Bensenville, IL 60106 between 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday to pick up in-stock product orders.  Holidays are an exception to this policy, please feel free to call and find out more details. We would also, love for any of our customers to stop by our facility and see our operations.

[H3] DROP-SHIP

We provide a drop-ship service to customers who buy products in big quantity. We are accustomed to dealing with big customers, re-distributors, and wholesalers who buy our brands by the truck loads, and for them we provide the excellent service. This is just another example of our cost effective order delivery to our valuable customers.

[H3] UPS AND FedEx

Conventional UPS and FedEx shipping can be accomplished on in-stock  merchandise orders placed before 11 A.M. central time. This is a service we offer if our trucks do not currently deliver in your area.

United Packaging Products, Inc. accepts cash, approved company checks, money orders, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover in payment for product orders.
Payment terms are established at the discretion of United Packaging Products, Inc. and can only be extended upon completion of the form below and subsequent approval based on the information provided by the indicated bank(s) and trade partners.

[H3] CUSTOM ORDERS

Payment is due on custom orders in advance prior to production. Confirmed custom orders can neither be canceled nor can the products be returned. Custom orders would include custom deli containers, custom t-shirt bags, custom poly bags, and other products that would be custom to your needs.

Stock item returns must have United Packaging Products, Inc. advance approval. Approval can be obtained through the sales representative or customer service representative. Please contact us for further information or details on this matter.

We have a multitude of accounts that do their custom t-shirt bags through us, as well as brown paper shopping bags.
