This third-party certification assesses a building’s environmental, social and economic sustainability performance, using standards developed by BRE. BREEAM rated developments are sustainable environments that enhance the wellbeing of those who live and work in them, help protect natural resources and make for attractive property investments.

He began in 2002 with 1 employee and 17 years later the count has risen to over 200 professionals across four offices in Ireland and the UK. In 2018, mac’s revenue reached €200m / £177m and was listed as the 9th highest grossing construction company in Ireland by Linesight.
