The pre-school years are an important time for both parents and children. During this time children will learn many of the life skills they will use to support them on their journey into adulthood. Oak Lee is an inclusive, safe and secure environment in which the children progress and develop at their own pace and, are provided with opportunities to flourish and thrive in all aspects of their development. We aim to work together with families to make the pre-school years a rewarding and happy experience.
With our unique Oak Lee method, our commitment to pastoral care and our expertise in child development, we have created a setting in which every child develops a sense of curiosity, an ability to think critically and be resilient. We work closely with families to lay the foundation for each child’s future, ensuring they have every opportunity to develop to their full potential. At Oak Lee each child is respected as an individual and treated equally irrespective of gender, race or culture.

We pride ourselves on food hygiene and have consistently maintained our 5 star food hygiene rating. Our staff team have experience of working with dietitians, nutritionists, and paediatricians in helping with allergies, intolerance's, and other food related issues.

Oak Lee Montessori School is a high quality setting with a wide range of session times. The founder of Oak Lee, Meera Bhogal, has used her expertise as a practitioner for 20 years holding both a Montessori Diploma and a NNEB Diploma, a Mother, and her ongoing passion for children’s health and wellbeing, to design a unique environment and create a methodology that has the Montessori ethos at its heart. She believes in embracing ALL good early years practices and learning styles to provide a rich learning environment for the Oak Lee children. She is actively involved in our settings and within the community, supporting families, as well as providing the staff team, with every opportunity to continue their professional development.  She believes that a workforce that is knowledgeable and passionate about children’s welfare and education is paramount to achieving excellence.
Through years of good practice and a reputation for excellence, we have maintained close links with all of the local private schools and many of the local state schools. We work actively with families to make the transition to School seamless.  We have a team who specialise in supporting parents with common childhood concerns, such as fussy eating, irregular sleep patterns, weaning and toilet training. Our team members, who have attended courses on food and nutrition for children under 5 years, offer support and advice for those families who have a child with food intolerances or allergies. We also work closely with Harrow early years and have dedicated SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) and safeguarding officers. We are a reflective organisation and value feedback from parents and children, together with staff, to ensure that we create an environment which is of the highest quality and beneficial to all.
Oak Lee Love Lane is situated in a purpose built restored Victorian building and has 7 classrooms; 4 located in the main building, 2 in a building at the rear of the garden and one in the Pinner Methodist Church on Love Lane.  The children have access to a beautifully constructed outdoor space in the main building as well as in the Church.  At Love lane we cater for children aged from 6 months to 5 years, and offer a variety of sessions from 7.30am and 6pm (please see Sessions for more details).

[H4] We, at Oak Lee Montessori School, have an equal opportunities admissions policy. We operate a waiting list system where the children will be admitted in place order. There will be no preferential treatment given to any parents or children unless there are circumstances and evidence to support this. We endeavour to accommodate any specific needs where reasonably possible.
[H4] Fully funded places are available subject to eligibility and availability. A detailed breakdown of fees and optional additional services is provided prior to confirmation of place and is available upon request.
