Guy served as Pensions and Financial Inclusion Minister for five years between 2017-2022. During this time, he was responsible for the expansion of auto enrolment and master trusts, and pioneering CDC pensions, as well as multiple other reforms to the UK Pensions and Retirement systems. He spearheaded the introduction of the Pensions Schemes Bill which led to the introduction of pensions dashboards.
