Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

60% Reputation

The site maintains a relatively high substance-to-fluff ratio by citing specific growth milestones, such as its origin as a market stall in Tottenham (2016) and its expansion to four restaurants by 2022. However, information density is diluted by generic H1 headings like Feeding your soul and power-word-heavy claims such as 80 soul-satisfying, indulgent and delicious vegan recipes. While it provides specific nouns (Gaz Oakley, Harper Collins), the temporal data is aging, with the last major milestone dated 2022, creating a four-year gap relative to the current system date of 2026.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H1] Feeding your soul
[H2] since 2016

The whole idea stemmed from accessibility, as it was not easy to get hold of delicious quality vegan food back in early 2016. We wanted to provide accessibility through our delicious innovation and create a positive change in the food system for future generations. We started as a small market stall back in 2016 to build our brand, we then developed from market stall to events, pop ups, festivals and progressed to opening our first ever restaurant in Shoreditch in March 2018. We grew to operate restaurants in Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Brighton and Manchester, as well as creating our gorgeous condiment products which were sold in retailers worldwide.
