We wanted to provide accessibility through our delicious innovation and create a positive change in the food system for future generations. We started as a small market stall back in 2016 to build our brand, we then developed from market stall to events, pop ups, festivals and progressed to opening our first ever restaurant in Shoreditch in March 2018. We grew to operate restaurants in Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Brighton and Manchester, as well as creating our gorgeous condiment products which were sold in retailers worldwide. [H2] 2018 ★ Open our 1st restaurant in Shoreditch.We opened our doors to our first restaurant in March 2018 to queues around the block.★ Gaz Oakley appointed our Executive Chef.We appointed Chef Gaz Oakley as our Executive Chef, he oversaw all recipe development. [H2] 2019 - 2020 ★ Launched vegan sauce range.We launched our range of Condiments in retailers across the UK and now Worldwide.★ Delivery Service and Online Store.We launched our Online store to ensure our customers could access our products wherever they were.★ Opened 3rd restaurant in Brighton.The pandemic couldn’t hold us back, we opened our store in Brighton in July 2020!
