Fitzalan Medical Group
(http://www.fitzalanmedicalgroup.co.uk) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 22, 2026Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
There is virtually no semantic drift between the homepage and sub-pages. The H1 Welcome to Fitzalan Medical Group sets a purely functional tone that is maintained through pages for opening hours, team listings, and mandatory earnings disclosures. The site does not attempt to sell a vision but rather provides a service directory.
Semantic Coherence is read from the heading hierarchy first: what each page announces in its H1 and headings, then whether the body actually delivers on it. Below is the structure the engine mapped, followed by the clean text to check for drift between promise and reality.

However, it should be noted that the prescribed method of calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used for any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparisons with other practices. The average pay for GPs working in Fitzalan Medical Group in the last financial year was £57,671 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 full time GP, 7 part time GPs and 5 long term locum GP who worked in the practice for six months or more. It should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used for any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with other practices.
