Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.
17 Impact Weight: 30 / 100
57% Reputation

The site exhibits a moderate ratio of power words to substance. Headings like Who we are and What we do are generic, but are immediately supported by hard figures including 30 Terminals, 20 Countries, and c.1,700 Employees. However, the body text frequently lapses into fluff-heavy phrasing such as essential energies and resources that matter and tailored and efficient services without defining the specific technical parameters of said efficiency.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

We are implementing key projects across our operations, with an emphasis on capacity growth, asset integrity, business continuity and operational efficiency. For example, we have enhanced the maintenance of our critical equipment and invested in safety and environmental improvement measures associated with the high-risk activities at each specific asset.

[H4] Processes

[H5]
We pride ourselves on our efficiency and high service standards. We are implementing a common Impala management framework across the business, aligned with the highest operational, environmental and safety standards. We have introduced key processes such as the reporting of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and undertaking major accident risk assessments and management system audits across our key assets.

Our workforce is vital to the success of the business. We have built expert knowledge and capacity across our workforce and have restructured our teams so that we have the right people in the right places. We have improved leadership engagement and we actively engage with the local communities within which we operate.

Our approach, activities and performance

[H2]

[H2] Engaging with our key stakeholders

Ongoing engagement with our stakeholders is a key component of our way of doing business. They are an important source of knowledge, and their differing perspectives, requirements, demands and expectations help shape our decision-making. We undertake engagement in a range of ways, including participation in industry events and multi-stakeholder forums, and stakeholder feedback informs our strategy, policies and targets. Our key stakeholder groups are below, and more detail on how we engage with these and other relevant stakeholders can be found in our sustainability report.

[H2]

[H2] International standards and best practice

We regularly review the issues that are material to our business to determine which ones matter most to us and our stakeholders and inform where we focus our efforts. These reviews are aligned with relevant international standards such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), to identify the environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts, risks and opportunities relevant to our own operations and across our value chain.

From 2025, we have committed to align our corporate actions with the Ten Principles of the Global Compact, as defined by the United Nations. We will report on these actions as part of our Sustainability Report, along with the other international standards we subscribe to and future sustainability-related disclosure regulations that apply. We are working to ensure all our assets are progressively certified to the International Standards ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).

We also participate in a wide variety of industry bodies and associations to inform the business and share good practice, and relevant agencies to regularly test crisis preparedness.
