[H1] Repeat Prescriptions For a repeat veterinary medication prescription, please complete the form below. For collection at branch, please allow two working days. We are running a drug delivery service. We will deliver your order directly to your door within a 5 mile radius of your nearest practice. Please be sure to place your order with your local branch to reduce any delays. The cost is £6.25 for delivery, but is free to members of our Pet Health Plan. Please allow at least 7 – 10 working days’ notice for delivery so that your request can be authorised by a vet. If you require your medication sooner than this, please telephone the practice. We re-examine any pets on long term medication at least every six months to assess how effective the medication is, the progression of the disease and to monitor for any possible side effects from the medication.
