Yes, for most if not all of our hiking tours boots are essential. See the hike page you are enquiring about for full suggested list.

Yes we provide bikes and helmets for both mountain biking and road trips
[H3] Do you rent bikes?
We currently only rent hybrid bikes for cycling on the road.
[H3] Do I need to be an experienced cyclist to book a tour?
No. We offer adult cycling lessons as well as  our regular tours
[H3] What should I bring?
Essentials include a helmet,  water bottle and the bike but  we recommend comfy clothing, sunscreen and close toed shoes or trainers.
[H3] How long are the tours?
Usually over two hours but check individual tours for exact times. Make an Enquiry

Booked my 3 teens to go on a S.U.P excursion on Lough Gill with William. From the offset, he was super to deal with. He explained the process in great detail and gave particular attention and care to my son who was suffering a serious bout of nerves. They set off and paddled to an island where they had a little picnic. And then back. I’d say in all they were probably 2 hours if not a bit more paddling and you’d think they’d be exhausted after, but they were wired because they enjoyed it so much. [H3] Do I need to be able to swim?
No, while the ability to swim is handy, you will be issued with flotation equipment.We prefer if you are comfortable in the water.
[H3] Do I need past paddleboard experience?
No, our team will give you full instruction on the day.
[H3] Do I need a wetsuit?
No, in summer months the use of a wetsuit can be very hot, we recommend shorts/t-shirt or swim suits. We will have wetsuits if you prefer to wear one.
[H3] Can you come to my area to do SUP?
Yes, in most cases we can travel to your area if a suitable body of water is nearby.
[H3] Do I need good balance?
Nope! Our Boards are super stable.
[H3] How many people do you take on private trips?
