Cork Healing Centre
(https://corkhealingcentre.ie) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 19, 2026Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
There is virtually zero semantic drift between the homepage signal and sub-page substance. The hero section’s promise of professional and qualified therapists is explicitly proven on the /meet-the-team page with 14 named practitioners and their specific credentials (e.g., MA Psychotherapy, BA IACP). The service promises are consistently reflected in the highly detailed /fees page, showing total alignment in business operations.
Semantic Coherence is read from the heading hierarchy first: what each page announces in its H1 and headings, then whether the body actually delivers on it. Below is the structure the engine mapped, followed by the clean text to check for drift between promise and reality.
🏗️ Semantic Structure — heading hierarchy & page identity (the promise the page makes)

Do I need a GP referral to book? No. Book directly with any of our therapists. We are an independent clinic and clients self refer. How do I know which therapist is right for me?Three options. Use our Find Your Therapist matcher, browse the team and read profiles, or call Louise on 083 37 66 565. Fit matters more than credentials. What does a session cost?€80 qualified, €90 accredited, €45 supervised counsellor in training, €120 couples (90 mins), €80 adolescent, €75 Reiki / Rahanni / Cranio Sacral. Full breakdown on our fees page. Are counselling and psychotherapy sessions covered by insurance? Some sessions may qualify for partial reimbursement under VHI, Laya or Irish Life. Coverage depends on your specific policy and the therapist’s individual accreditation, so check both before booking. Separately, all our therapy receipts qualify for 20% Med 1 tax relief through Revenue, which applies to every session and is often more impactful than insurance. What about Reiki, Rahanni and Cranio Sacral?NRRI accredited Reiki and Cranio Sacral Therapy are reimbursable under most complementary therapy policies with the major Irish insurers. Receipts on request. Qualifies for Med 1 too. Is everything confidential?Yes. Confidential under professional ethics codes. The only exceptions are the standard legal ones (risk of serious harm, court order, child protection). Can I do sessions online?Yes. Most of our therapists offer both in person and online via secure video. See our online therapy page. What if I am not "bad enough" to need therapy?Therapy is not just for crisis. People come for clarity, to understand patterns, to work through life changes. You do not need to be in distress to benefit. Can I bring my teenager?Yes. We see young people from 12 upwards. The first session can include a parent or be one to one. See our adolescent page. Further Reading [H2] Honest Reads on Starting Therapy A few articles from our therapists. How old does my child need to be?We work with young people from age 12 upwards. For children under 12, we are happy to advise on appropriate referrals. What happens in the first session? The first session is attended by both the parent or guardian and the young person together. It is a chance to meet the therapist, share concerns, and understand how the work will go. There is no pressure, just a conversation to make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Will the therapist tell me what my child says?Confidentiality is essential to the work with young people. The therapist will always raise concerns about safety, but the content of sessions is kept private. This is explained clearly to both parents and young people at the outset. How do I know if my child needs therapy? If you have noticed changes in mood, behaviour, school engagement or friendships that have persisted for more than a few weeks, a conversation with a therapist is a reasonable next step. You are not overreacting by seeking support early. What if my teenager refuses to come?Very common. If your teenager is reluctant, it sometimes helps to book an initial session just for you as a parent, to talk through the situation and get guidance on how best to support them. How long is a session, and where?Sessions are 45 minutes, in person at our Blarney clinic. After-school appointments are available. Do I need a GP referral? No. No referral is needed and there is no waiting list. You can book directly, and new clients are always welcome. What about Med 1 tax relief?Sessions may qualify for 20% Med 1 tax relief from Revenue. Keep your receipts and check with Revenue when filing. Do I need a GP referral? No. You can self refer directly by booking online or calling us on 083 37 66 565. There is no waiting list or referral paperwork required. How do I know which therapist is right for me? Browse the team and read each therapist's profile, approach, and specialisms. If you are unsure, give us a call and we will help guide you to the right fit. How long is a session and how many will I need? Individual sessions are 50 to 60 minutes depending on your therapist. The number of sessions varies widely, some people benefit from 6 to 12 sessions, others choose to work longer term. Your therapist will discuss this with you as you go. Is therapy confidential? Yes. Everything you discuss in therapy is confidential. There are narrow legal and ethical exceptions (such as risk of serious harm) which your therapist will explain in your first session, but these are rare. Confidentiality is a core principle of all our work. Can I attend sessions online? Yes. We offer both in person sessions at our centre in Blarney and online sessions via secure video for clients anywhere in Ireland. Online therapy is equally effective for most concerns. What if I don't know what to say? That is completely normal, and most people feel that way at first. Your therapist will gently guide the conversation and help you find a way in. There is no script you need to follow. Do I have to relive everything? No. You stay in control of what you share and when. Therapy works at the pace you set, not the other way around. What if I am not "bad enough" to need therapy? There is no threshold to meet. If something is on your mind enough that you are looking for support, that alone is reason enough. What if it doesn't work? Your therapist will check in regularly on whether the work feels useful to you. If something is not landing, you can talk about it openly, change approach, or change therapist. You are never stuck. [H2] What Online Therapy Is Really Like A few honest reads from our therapists.
